I'm sure this product works for some people but it doesn't really work for us. I'm not sure if it just isn't hitting the right spot or what but it doesn't really get me there. It feels pretty good but I find that I haven't really been able to finish with it.

Too expensive for what it is
I’ve always been a big We-Vibe fan and in the past I felt the price was worth it. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case this time.
The product is simply too expensive for what it is. There are many more affordable products on the market that perform just as well or even better.
I also find it frustrating that there is no trial or return period. I understand the hygiene reasons behind that policy, but it still makes it difficult to justify spending so much on a product you can’t try first.
Because of this experience, I won’t be buying expensive toys like this anymore. The latest one I purchased was really disappointing.

The delivery time was fine
The delivery time was fine. I charged the vibrator for 90 minutes as the manual says, but when I turned it on, it didn't work properly. It only started vibrating after 10 minutes 😅 Despite that issue, it's a good product and I've already recommended it to a friend.

Me and my wife have several toys from We Vibe The App is Useless for long distance play as well as frustrating being that you have to Put each Toy in Connection mode everytime you want to connect the toy you can't just turn it on and the app automatically re connect to toy you have to hold the button for it to program/connection mode everytime app is opened wich is very frustrating for a Bluetooth connection should be like traditional Bluetooth connections its saved in device and one phone or app sees signal it re connects my wifes toys have 100 percent stronger vibration than The toys for me the app is plagued with connection issues it functions for 15 or so minutes then constantly disconnects and re connects to toys and sessions have to be ended toys have to be turned on and off multiple times to get the app to reconnect which ruins the experience for couples. My NU Sensual branded penile ring is 120 percent more powerful on vibrations then my We-vibe Bond the men's toys are extremely weak to the point there only useful for my wife to feel because I don't feel them at all. App needs to be fixed or stop advertising the app on the products because the physical remotes work 90 percent better at all time. The app also sucks when it comes to using our own toys without remote play

Issues with Delivery company
I know it isn't We Vibe's fault but EVRI had the parcel for a long time before delivering it to a parcel shop even though I made it clear if it doesn't arrive by a certain date, I won't be able to pick it up...

Premium price, but not without merit.
Costly - but good. I bought a touch x. It’s a fairly small and discreet external vibrator, but it does pack an adequate punch and is a nice addition for a couple to use if the woman requires external stimulation to climax. It would do well for solo play too, but the fact that I’m able to use it easily during sessions with my husband is great. It’s fully waterproof, charges easily and comes in a nice little bag. It feels premium, which it should, since it is a premium brand.
CS was slow but turned out to be good.
UPDATE 1/29/26 Received reply from WeVibe and they are sending another remote. They were a little late in getting the reply in but it was a satisfactory reply. But they should include an Owner's Manual when shipping the item so that the customer knows how to use it. At this point I retract the comments about CS.

Really not worth the price, connecting to the device either through the controller or app is unreliable which makes it basically useless. Doesn't apply pressure hard enough where I need it. Great in theory, in practice very disappointing.

Everything went smoothly
Everything went smoothly. I'm very happy with my product. The box was discreet, and shipping was fairly fast.
I got the We-Vibe Touch X. It isn't completely silent, but it is fairly quiet. My roommates have no idea that I'm using it in my room.
