After years of wanting to invest in property, I found the courage to go for it, so I studied the subject and took part in a network of professionals that do this in the most efficient way, Wealth Dragons, with Vincent and Florence leading the way.
I signed up for the Portfolio Builder program where you get 12 weeks of personal coaching, 3 days Bootcamp and lifetime access to resources, network with professionals (inner circle) and invaluable knowledge.
The weekly coaching sessions are designed to give you constant measured steps to follow in order to get a grip of your business (Yes, it is your business that you are building so be prepared to push your limits as you will be your own boss on this).
The 3 days Bootcamp is a tsunami of info, techniques and skills. Have pen and paper ready but mostly go in with an open mind as you can get out of it as much as you want as long as you are willing to learn.
The lifetime of resources, training material and network is giving you the best ahead start you can possibly imagine! Your network is your networth, keep that in mind.

Few points worth mentioning:
- If you believe they just give you 2 deals while you sip pina colada in your garden, keep scrolling when the next advertisement comes up.
- The personal coach will assist you till the first 2 deals are done and dusted. If that takes over 12 weeks it means that you do not have weekly sessions anymore, but still have direct support from the coach when things move on with your deals!
- In 12 weeks you get knowledge, structure and guidance to BUILD YOUR BUSINESS from scratch…the earliest you understand it’s your business the earlier you will succeed.
- If you are not willing to challenge your beliefs, put into action all those tips, work hard to improve your skills and knowledge, rewire your mindset and push yourself out of your comfort zone on a daily basis, I am sorry but this might not be for you.

As a final word. This was the best investment for myself and for the first time in my life I truly can see the path of creating wealth for myself, my kids and future generations.
I have set myself up for success well above and beyond 2 deals, and that is priceless.

This is the best teaching I have ever been so far; and I don’t think there is anyone comparable in the current property market and even in the next years. I came across Vincent Wong’s ads on Instagram and was initially impressed by what they offered. However, during my 1:1 consultation with Portfolio Builder consultant Marcos, he clarified that even if I paid the fee and joined their course, there was no guarantee of making money, even if I FOLLOWED and ACTED on all the steps they teach.

This lack of assurance made me hesitant to join, as I felt it wouldn’t justify the time, effort, and financial investment without a guaranteed return.

I joined wealth dragons in June, within 5 weeks I bought my first BTL, I purchased it at 39% BMV. This was all through the help of my wonderful coach Flo.
