I agree with thex1 star reviews customer service is at best poor and laid back there is no follow up to issues and there is no help or support when things go wrong. Based in wakes when you speak to Cs it sounds like an outsourced call centre

2 months and counting:(
I signed up in October. Moved two of pensions to them. One of the old pension provider has written confirming the closure of that account. But it still isn’t showing in Wealthify?
The other pension move is just stagnant. No update nothing.
It’s all up in the air for me. I’m confused and sad at the same time. It’s a few days away from December making it 2 months of chasing emails etc.
What is going on?

Hello, thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about the difficulties you’ve experienced with your pension transfers.
We have replied within your account though to summarise here; one of your transfers was delayed due to an error by the sending provider, who failed to include the correct payment verification. As a result, we had to return the payment after the 10-day holding window. The provider has since apologised and requested permission to resend the funds, which we’ve approved, and we’re now waiting to receive them.
For the second transfer, the process is taking longer because the provider requires documents to be sent by post rather than using the electronic transfer platform. We’ve completed several sets of documents they requested and are preparing to send the latest set now.
We understand this has been frustrating, your review score reflects this. We’re committed to resolving these as quickly as possible. We will always look to process transfers electronically where possible, however as you can see, at times we are beholden to the other providers, and their processes and documentation provided too us.
Please note that you can contact us through your online account where we can investigate and update accordingly.

Avoid
Plan now valued at almost exactly what it was 4 years ago. Yet the AI reports people happy with their investment. I read that there are armies of home workers paid to review long lists of companies. Just sayin. And wealthify are always sorry we are unhappy with their service as if the problem is at the client end. As if they should be happy with the problems reviewers report trying to get money out.
Now I am getting emails saying this review may be deleted unless I provide more details. Wealthify can easily check the performance of their plans over the 4 year period I refer to. And easy to check my comment about them only regretting clients are unhappy with performance rather than regretting the actual poor performance.

Ultimately performance is determined by the markets in which we invest. While we curate diverse portfolios to spread out risk, it is still expected that markets will ebb and flow over time. Given your comments, being invested for the last 4 years – you will have certainly experienced many of the dips global markets have experienced in this time. We do our best to keep customers informed though our newsletters and Month in the Markets blogs should you wish to view. Please note your investment performance will be dependent on that of your chosen mix of Portfolio Theme and Investment style – some portfolios will naturally perform better than others.
The AI summary within Trustpilot does indeed highlight trends within our reviews, performance being one of these. I can assure you that our reviews are indeed genuine. Furthermore, you have made comment regarding ‘home workers paid for writing reviews’ – this is categorically not the case for Wealthify. We rely on genuine feedback only, be it good or bad. We are immensely proud of our reviews and work very hard to ensure customers can leave us open and honest feedback.
