Loo rolls that don't cost the earth!
We use these in our dental practice and patients and staff like the individually wrapped rolls (great for hygiene). They also last longer than store bought ones. The customer service is very responsive too!

I had lost track of my ordering needs and realized I did not require a shipment of loo rolls that were on their way to me, post-payment. Bazoo were really swift at responding to my request for the shipment to be cancelled and a refund given, and their emails very friendly in tone.

I just re-ordered 48 rolls and 6 kitchen rolls and love this company. Their customer service is great...you even get personal replies the same day. Bamboo rocks because it is sustainable, and I love the decorative fun facts on the roll covers. Reasonably priced, quick, cleverly designed and environmentally friendly sums it up.

Toilet Gel is a game changer. Excellent product for sensitive skin.

I have a subscription and failed to move the date on in time. This was not a problem and a prompt refund was processed.

Company communication always excellent - I can alter my regular delivery easily if I'm away and slip back into the schedule without fuss. I particularly like laundry sheets. So easy, take up no space and no box to dispose of. I'm a fan.

So this was my third or fourth order from Bazoo and never had an issue before but this time Evri lost my parcel. I notified Bazoo who responded extremely promptly and let me know that they would resend the parcel plus some washing detergent sheets as an apology for the lost parcel. Their customer service is excellent and I cannot fault them. What I thought might be an issue was just a slightly delayed delivery. Can highly recommend this company as the products are fabulous and it's good to know that I'm helping the environment even if it's only in a small way.

I've ordered a few times now and it's always good, I had a mistake on my last order (completely my fault) and no hassle no fuss they got the box back and refunded me.

I have been a customer for quite a few years now and found to be great up until I needed genuine customer care regarding my bank details being updated. For some reason I could not do it and tried contacting them on numerous occasions, all I got each time was an automated respond and no direct help. I did want to stay with them but I don’t like the impersonal feel. I try and support independent companies (as I am one myself ), but after numerous emails and no help I have gone to another company. Very disappointed. This had no reflection on the product, it’s really good but customer service… terrible!

Easy and quick order with Bazoo. Good product (had before), nothing bad for our botties, sewers or the environment. Let’s see how fast this order arrives!

Terrible company!
First they send some when didn’t order then I spent weeks trying to get them to pick it up,said I had to send it back! It was sent in black sacks not a box,eventually it got taken back but the refund is pending weeks later and the price of P&P taken off! Never gonna touch em again!

Knowing it’s not from cut down trees & it’s so much better for myself & the environment

This product is so good that I warn you not to buy too many! I made that mistake because I didn’t realize how economical this product is due to its quality and cost per unit. The bonus is you’re helping the environment by reducing the loss of trees.
Even their wrappers are fun and an educational experience for all the family!
