Awful experience to date.
I ordered £400+ worth of items using the pay later option so my husband could try on some different sizes and colour ways for his birthday present. When the order did eventually arrive one of the items was missing and there was no sign of tampering to the box. I immediately followed up with Bound to let them know one item was not sent and heard nothing until over a week later after chasing. By this time my husband had chosen the jumper he wanted to keep and I packaged the rest up to return. I was reluctant to return the other clothes until someone had confirmed the jumper was missing, so I wouldn’t also be charged for this, and I was beginning to worry the company was a scam, not helped by the very slow response times and unclear replies.
When I did finally get a reply and returned the items, it took 3 weeks of chasing to finally get a confirmation that the items had been received. I know it was over a busy Christmas period but this seems pretty excessive. It has taken a further 2 weeks of chasing and unclear replies, and me still paying off the entire order, to finally receive a message saying their small print (not made clear at point of purchase) says any sale items are not subject to returns, only exchanges or credit note. This is the first time I’ve shopped somewhere that this is not made clear on the page listing the item or when you make payment.
Extremely poor service and very frustrated that after placing an order back in November I now discover I have a £200 gift voucher to use with a retailer I don’t trust. I am still waiting for a response to my message about this as well. I know Bound are a small business which I want to support, but that doesn’t mean you can’t offer decent CS, or expect individuals to absorb a large cost like this. I would not have placed the order for multiple items in different sizes had this been made clear, or there was somewhere my husband could have tried the items on.

Bound are clearly in their infancy stage, the quality of the shirt did not reflect £70, about 10 loose stitches or pieces of thread however the sizing is bang on and there marketing is very good.
Excellent quality clothing and really helpful customer service. I ordered a shirt that is really well made and a mug that got scratched in transit. The customer service team were really helpful and went out of their way to make sure that the issue was rectified.
Will definitely be ordering again!

Had to exchange a sale item that didn't fit, unfortunately in that time it had become unavailable in the size I required though this wasn't reflected on the website.
However this was then dealt with swiftly by Jack and customer services team, who offered a swap for items of similar value and dispatched as next day.
Quality of item is great and glad things were sorted swiftly
Lovely clothes, and Pat and Jack were very helpful when I contacted them recently about a small issue with an item. Would highly recommend!

I had to return 2 of my items ordered for Christmas, purely down to individual taste and my poor guessing of size. I requested an exchange and although this took a little longer to receive than expected (item was temporarily out of stock) I have now received it and delivered it to the gift receiver. He is very pleased with the exchanged item as my other son was with the previous kept items. Overall - excellent quality and service. Thank you

Refund of online purchases denied in favour of store credit despite consumer law requiring a refund be offered on any and all online purchases of returned within 14 days, as was done in this instance. Bound are also not a member of any regulatory body making raising independent complaints very difficult. Only purchase if you are sure you won’t return.
I absolutely love Bound - I initially bought the embers boucle knit and wool button polo and was really pleased with the fit and quality.
I went back and bought several more items and again really love the fit, especially the cords which I ordered a second pair of.
When I accidentally ordered to an old address, they were quick to rectify the issue and I received my item with no dramas. Will definitely be buying more from here.

I purchased an item on sale in the wrong size. When I went to return the item, I was given the option of store credit or a refund to my bank account. I chose refund to my bank account.
Weeks later, I received a gift card, when I queried with customer service, they stated that because I returned a sale item, I was never entitled to a refund, despite it being offered to me.
I would avoid this brand as they offer options to their customers, which they then remove
UPDATE - if you find yourself in a similar situation, be persistent. Bound have given me a full refund on my order so there is no reason that they shouldn’t give a full refund to others. Ask to speak to Pat if Jack is telling you that you cannot get a full refund.
The bound brand is brilliant, the price aligns with the quality of their clothing and I’ve always been very happy with everything I’ve had from this brand. Their customer service is always top tier, even my recent experience exchanging an item immediately after the Christmas period. 5 stars all round from me.

Bound were very helpful, responsive and gave me a quality product I love. I emailed Jack personally as I wasn’t sure if my item was dispatched. Moments later it was but he emailed anyway to confirm it was the case. Can’t recommend enough.

My parcel was marked as delivered but never arrived. WeAreBound sent a “goodwill replacement” but now refuses a refund, citing an internal policy that is not published or disclosed before purchase. They also take an excessively long time to respond to emails, making it difficult to resolve issues. Under UK law, the retailer is responsible until goods are physically received. I would not recommend this company due to their refusal to honor statutory consumer rights and extremely slow customer service.
I bought a cardigan but in a wrong size ; they were perfect for the exchange ! So I am satisfied with my purchase from Bound !
