I was eager to try the Complete Collagen and took advantage of the 3 month subscription, which is the best money-saving option. I had a lot of questions and Feel staff member Nicole really helped me out by taking to the time to listen. Nicole resolved my concerns and gave me confidence in investing in/trying out more Feel products in the future.

I am recently new to Feel products and just about completing my first month. I am really keen to see the improvements that become evident as I feel there is already a little relief in joint stiffness but want to be sure it's not just the lack of rain recently!
When I have contacted their customer support I have to say I was VERY impressed with the speed of response and the time taken to help and to answer my questions. When I didn't necessarily see the logic I offered a suggestion to perhaps simplify things for people and Amelia did promise to raise it. I hope she does :) I also had to get in touch to ask for help combining two deliveries to save miles and it was done without hesitation and I was kept informed all the way through.
Essentially I would say that Feel really are shining in their customer support. Too often you feel like you are a nuisance when having to ask for help but with Feel it was the total opposite. Nothing was too much trouble.
A huge thank you to Amelia. I have no doubt the whole team are great but Amelia is a shining example.

I contacted the customer service with a question regarding the pro metabolic Nicole got back to me she was very helpful and knowledgeable about this product. I also use the collegan powder and I'm very pleased with the results.

I have been unable to login to my Feel account for over a month, so I can't manage my deliveries due to an 'internal server error'. Over a month ago, I brought this to Feel's attention and they outright told me they wouldn't be doing anything about fixing the issue. They have made me contact them directly to manage my deliveries, which is a major inconvenience because when I reach out via the website, no one replies (I'm currently waiting now for around 20 minutes and no indication of how long the wait is). I'm really shocked at how poor customer service has been and will be ending all subscriptions, I don't want to support a company that doesn't seem to care about my customer experience whatsoever. Communication has been awful, and there are better quality supplements out there.

I got the pre menopause one as I was emailed an offer. Honestly the taste is so sweet and tastes just horrible, I thought these were capsules when I placed the order, I will not be having any more of these. I don’t know how anyone can enjoy the taste.

I’ve always had prompt and efficient responses from the Feel team. This time, I had forgotten to cancel the order and chose to return it so the refund could be processed. When the refund hadn’t arrived after the 7 working days mentioned, I reached out to follow up. Nicole from the Customer Service team was incredibly helpful and quickly arranged the refund. She was excellent throughout, and I really appreciated her support.

I was a little dubious about trying this product, I read all the reviews & thought that it can't hurt to try.
I'm now into my 3rd month of Feel pro Collagen type 2 for bone health.Watermelon flavour. I'm starting to feel the benefits, I'm finding it easier to get out of bed in the mornings & even started to get back to exercising in the gym. Only 1/2 an hour but it's been over a year so gently does it!
It's easy to navigate the Feel website to stop or slow deliveries. Boxes come well packed.

The products are amazing. They do exactly what they say. I would say you must give it time and don’t expect a miracle straight away at least try for 3-4 months to see improvement. You will not be disappointed

Not only is this a fantastic product the customer support is second to none. No matter your concern they are on hand to guide and help you and very quick to do so.

I would suggest anyone brave enough to try any Feel products certainly avoid the watermelon sachets they are totally unpalatable, a total waste of money
Have had a variety of people try them (without knowing why) and each person has said how awful the flavour is
This has been the case even with those who are very easy going and non fussy when it comes to the taste and flavours of things, so much so I haven't even been able to give the rest away
Took the time to sent some back to Feel for them to check (i thought surely its not possible for a company to be trying to sell something this bad) however Feel didn't seem to care how awful they were/are, simply reiterating each time the same blurb.
I returned some for them to sample, I did this at my cost they didn't offer.
I had to chase three times for an update, apparently the sachets I sent to them were all okay 😱
Would have been priceless to have seen a video of them trying a sachet (assuming that they actually did) lol
I guess maybe this is why taste samples aren't available
Appreciate everyone's preferences differ but these watermelon 🍉 flavour sachets go way beyond taste preferences and are totally unpalatable, I'm not alone in this opinion
Steer clear or if you are brave enough 'may the force be with you'
Also, I've just seen trustpilot are saying Feel are displaying information incorrectly I think maybe we know why 🤔
I cannot recommend Feel enough. From ordering to receiving my order they kept me informed every step of the way. Their product selection is fabulous too. I am vegan and purchase cruelty free only so I do my research - they came up trumps both for quality and their ethical approach. A special shout out to Nicole - a pleasure to deal with.

I've been taking the vegan Omega 3 supplement for at least 3 years now, and its absolutely excellent. I took it throughout my pregnancy as being vegan I miss out on omega 3 from fish, and it's important for fetal neurodevelopment.
