I am three days into making my first knit sweater, and learning to knit with the tutorials was easy. I’m so excited to have something I can wear and I can’t wait to pick my next project.

I haven't knitted in a while and wanted to try an easy project. The pattern was easy to read and I felt comfortable getting back in to knitting.

Was trying to track down an old kit. I searched for it and could not find reference to it. Went through the contact option and got an immediate auto response giving me timing on hearing from someone. Within that timing, I received an email with exactly what I wanted. Amazing customer service and really quick responses.

Love all the projects available whether it is a sweater or a scarf plus the variety of yarn.

I love the wool but am disappointed that some yarn, like the mohair has very limited colours. I keep checking to see if that status has changed but it has not. There is a shawl, your pattern, that I would love to make but I want the pink mohair. I am hoping that colour will become available again, as well as other colours

I was very impressed with the speed of delivery. I live in Alaska and usually things can take quite some time to ship here but my yarn arrived so fast. I placed my order late in the evening of February 6 and it arrived at my door February 12! The whole process was seamless, easy and the yarn is gorgeous and so soft!

Love the WAK knitting bag; it’s perfect. There’s room for a couple of projects and al my tools.

Prompt response to questions and quick resolution to problems

I love the Candy Twist Hand Painted Sprinkles yarn I bought to knit a scarf, but I wanted one additional skein to make the scarf a little longer and I was disappointed to find that one extra skein would cost over $20.

I had inadvertently ordered two of the same kits and I had a little trouble getting the return label. Also three of my seven balls of wool , The Wool. Had joins in the wool near the beginning or end. Very disappointing as it was expensive wool.

Although email was informative, suggest combining any/all possible instead of multiples. I received total of five, seems excessive.

Order was received quickly and looking forward to casting on my next project

My problem was not resolved and my emails are not being read by people or answered correctly.

I got in touch via chat and email with customer service asking for help for a pattern no longer available on the website.
They replied to me soon offering me an alternative option.
The customer service agent was very helpful. I really appreciated that.
