I had a problem with our TPE connection…
I had a problem with our TPE connection today, and Viktoria J. from customer service was absolutely amazing. It took us almost 1 hour to solve the issue, and during the whole process she stayed patient, helpful, professional, and genuinely kind. We tried several diffrent methods together until everything finally worked.
It was really nice talking to her, she made a stressful situation much easier with her positive attitude and professionalism. A BIG thank you to Viktoria J. ,and the whole team to be honest for their support today. Truly appreciated. Sirine ^^
