Not a fan of the new wrapper around the pads. No issue with the pads themselves but prefer the old wrapper

These period products are top quality, you will not find better in any shop (although I wish these were available in the shops!) From the packaging to the actual product, the quality is next level. It's also so reassuring that I am using products that are free from chemicals and bleach. As a mother to two daughters, I am delighted that these products exist and that women and girls can now choose these products.

Great service & very good products. I would say that the packaging for the sanitary towels could be improved. The gum used on the packaging is too strong which rips the packaging….this means it can’t be used to dispose of the used towel.

I have been using Riley products as my only period care products since 01 Feb 2022 - it’s almost my 4 year Riley anniversary! The ethos of the company, the quality of the products and the convenience of the subscription have been the main drivers for me. The new boxes are divine, very aesthetically pleasing, and they are proudly displayed in our bathroom. Thanks Riley team for all you do!

Love the convenience of the subscription and the fact that it is environmentally friendly. The new boxes design is much better because it takes up less room in my cupboards, the boxes are stackable which means they’re not falling out on top of me when I open my cupboards and also, I can fold down the top of the box making them easily accessible rather than riffling through a bag when I’m in a rush

Love the organic period products. Packaging is great and lots of varities to choose from.

Great products. It would be nice to have less packaging, but great to support an Irish company and to have this option.

Riley products are great ever since I started using them my cramping reduced. I have comfort in knowing what I’m putting into my body isn’t harmful. I signed up to their 3 month subscription and I wish I done it sooner, no more running to the shop last minute or buying other products when Riley is out of stock, just delivered to my doorsteps and it’s helped me save money too.

Always loved Riley, subscription is super handy, and the products are brilliant. I love how its 100% natural. I recently saw their products in a hotel in Cork and am thrilled they have really become a recognised Irish Company. I am a huge believer in their ethos and everything they stand for. One of the only companies ive truly seen doing something about period poverty. Welldone guys x

Great service, just note the super are quite long. Which is needed in some cases but maybe not for all cases it depends on the person. But overall great 👍

I had an ideal customer experience, I can't fault any part of it. The products are really good and they don't irritate my skin the way others have. I like the subscription aspect too

They're okay but some bits off the very top of the tampon shredded when pulling it out at times so I was worried there were fibers from the tampon still inside of me... I also don't love the shape how it's just straight upwards. I love the idea of the brand and what they are trying to achieve but I do think the design needs more thought and time

Received my 2nd order and im happy with it. It comes really quick and it's originated in Ireland. It is slightly more expensive than supermarket own brand, but it's organic and safe. Worth every penny. Got reusable tampon applicator and like the idea of no extra waste.

Riley is an amazing brand with no toxic chemicals in their products like many other companies!
