I received the incorrect size and they responded one time asking for pictures. They do not have a phone number where I can reach someone directly. I asked for an exchange and original merchandise was returned and exchange never sent. I received original order in January and its now March and still no resolve. It is now April and I dont have the items I ordered or a refund.This scammer company provided FRAUDULENT info to my bank so i couldn't get my money back.

i would rate this “business” 0 stars if i could. people beware, they are liars and SCAMMERS!! do not order anything from them!! someone from their “customer service” has been telling me for THREE MONTHS that my order is in transit and it still says there isn’t shipping information available. absolutely disgusting, predatory behavior!!

0 STARS!!! Ordered in December and never received them. When I checked an order update, it showed they were actually shipping me the wrong size, and I emailed them first about that and they never responded. Just called my credit card company last week to dispute but I'm seeing all these other reviews of them faking delivered goods and faking emails in order to win disputes. Wish I knew this was a Chinese company, I would've never ordered!

If I could give them a zero star, that’s what they deserve. I’ve been trying to get my money back ever since my leggings were sent to me in January. I’ve gotten no response from any of the emails I have sent. It took them a whole month to send me a return label after I wanted to return them. This place doesn’t care about their customers and you can’t even read the reviews on their website scam don’t order from them. These people who say that they’re the greatest thing they’ve ever worn are absolute liars. The size that I would wear is way too small and not stretchy.

I would give it zero if I could. Scam I ordered leggings last fall and it took 3 months to get them. They just showed up one day, quality was poor and extremely small couldn’t exchange them or send them back bc I got no response. I saw some shirts on there that I liked I thought I would give it one more shot. All I can say is point taken! They don’t want any business. I emailed several times bfr I get a response and it’s just a run around takes a couple of weeks, and they say the tracking will be updated. They finally sent me a link and it was to the exact same info as I had from the beginning which was nothing order said was ready and waiting for carrier to update tracking info. So my next step is going to report this company as fraudulent to my CC company get them to refund me and hopefully with a fraud claim the CC takes action against them permanently.

100% a scam. They never shipped and their "customer service" didn't respond to 4 separate inquiries. They did fight my chargeback by providing my credit card company with a fake email that they never sent me (I checked my spam) and a tracking number that shows nothing was delivered. They fight chargebacks and are counting on people not taking it the final step, which is to prove your claim to your credit card company with a letter outlining whatever evidence you can provide. In my case, I won, but they are 100% screwing a lot of people and making a lot of money doing it. When they do decide to ship, it sounds like their product is sub-par. Stay far, far away from wearesnugs.com.

This company sucks and is a scam. Everything is of bad quality and super small. Tried to exchange and would never get a response from the many times I tried

SCAMMMM!!! Just put in a dispute with my credit card company. Ordered December of 2024, now it’s February of 2025. When you try to refund on the website it charges a restocking fee and you have to have something to return. But they don’t send anything!! It clearly states you should get them in 3-7 days for domestic too. Do not buy! You won’t get them and they will not respond to your status check emails. Can’t get ahold of anyone.

Total scam. Contacted customer services for an order placed last month, this place is a joke. I don’t believe this entity exists at all, took my money and no items and tracking information provided - please DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

I ordered beginning of January. They said buy one, get one 50% off. Very quick to take payment but I have chased them 4 times now and I have never received one reply back.

I believe this is a scam looking at the other replies.

If I could leave 0 I would. Ordered end of Nov 24, it is now 28th Jan 2025! Still no tights and still no response from customer services. After emailing querying this multiple times. The tracking is ridiculous. I don’t recommend

SCAM!!! Bought over a month ago and I tracked it on the “shop” app and it never left America. Tracking disappeared from the app and not responded to any of my emails! Bank refunded me straight away! Avoid avoid avoid

It took two months for them to deliver a bra I ordered, tracking is awful. I emailed one month in to cancel and to get a full refund… no response.

Received my bra yesterday looks totally different to what I ordered and the size tag had been cut off. Don’t waste your time, I hope people read reviews before ordering from them, do not waste your time and money.

I ordered on 12/10/24 and it said that it was processed on 12/11/24. No response to my various e-mails except the tracking code they sent me that says my order was processed. They're a bunch of thieves.

Complete scammers !!!!! Don’t reply to your emails, tracking is fake. No update after 4 weeks. I’ll be opening a case with my bank.

You can’t get a hold of any number or rep if you Try it just state this site is having difficulties!! Or isn’t available

This is a scam website… Please stay away. They are Chinese dropshippers out of Wyoming. It’s like every other scam website popping up for clothes.
