Sent 2 pairs of the wrong size legging (M instead of 2XL) and has been completely unresponsive in the returns process for over 3 weeks. Absolutely abysmal service.

Snugs do not fit , are difficult to squeeze into unless they were for child size ! not comfortable.
I requested a requested a refund return on 12/23/24 and still no response as of 01/05/25. Super disappointed that this company is appearing to be a scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

UPDATE ...AS OF January 19th I found a phone number but it's a fake number out of service...

If you are a person of colour ranging from the tones of brown to dark skin please don't even bother buying from them!

From my personal experience and from the other reviews I have seen, it is clear that they have falsely advertised that they offer these fleece-lined tights in shades deeper than the fair-toned ones. I selected bronze and received tights that would be more suited for a fair-skinned person.

They also lied on their website about their expected delivery times. It took almost one month for my item to arrive. During this time, the tracker barely updated and I never got a response from the email I sent this company, chasing up where my item was. This was very disappointing in itself because I planned to wear these tights on a specific date that it didn't arrive on time for.

What a scam.

SCAM. Wrong color. They claim to cater to dark skin women but I got leggings designed for fair skin. I just noticed today that you can’t actually click on any of their reviews, all their products are 4.8+ on their site but you can’t review them or even write your own review, something not adding up there.

When I ordered 11/26/24 website said "order now and get by Saturday November 30th" also said Last day for buy one get one 50% off.

Got sent order confirmation, and tracking following day. Tracking showed on Dec 02, arrived at origin facility. Dec 3ed Xeparted from sort facility, mainland. Dec 4th arrived at origin international airport. Blah blah blah, it's now 2 weeks later and still has not arrived.
The email with tracking takes you to thief tracking site. No actual tracking number is provided. I have already disputed the charge with my bank after emails that went unresponsive to customer service.
If I get my order, great. However. If they can't provide an actual tracking number, I doubt the bank would side with them that order was received

Got sent the wrong size and colour for both leggings I bought. I reached out to customer service and the response rate was so appalling. I'm still waiting on a response. I tried to follow the return process and it said I missed the return window when it had only been 3 days. For christ sake, I only wanted to exchange. Why is that so hard? Now I've got 2 leggings I can't wear or use
