I am a new T/ALA customer and already…

I am a new T/ALA customer and already in love with the brand. The products are such great quality and a great price point if you can get them during sales! My new hoodie is the perfect fit and my new fave by far! And the leggings are so buttery soft but hold up well and are flattering.
I had to exchange my legging size and this was done super easy and quickly so great to know for future purchases!! I also had to reach out to customer support for guidance on cleaning an item and they were super quick, helpful and friendly.

Well done T/ALA! I look forward to my future purchases :)

My experience with Jade at customer service was excellent. Kind, swift, and generous, I was very impressed with how helpful customer service was and how speedily everything was sorted.
