I love the way Tala is eco friendly and great clothes. But what I bought was too small so I changed it...but it got lost on the way back. Nevertheless I got a refund quickly. Thank you

I visited the Westfield store last Friday to purchase another set and was helped by the wonderful Amie, who also assisted me on my last visit. She is always so helpful and makes the experience outstanding.

I also went to Tala in Selfridges, but unfortunately there was no one available to help, which was disappointing.

Once again, thank you Amie for your outstanding customer service — I’ll definitely be back.

First time ordering from Tala, i am impressed by their quality of clothes and mostly their customer service. I have had to contact them with few things and they have always been super responsive and managed to sort out any issues with ease.

I had an amazing experience. I dm’d the instagram thinking my issue was an lost cause and to my surprise I had a quick and proactive response that actually felt like I was talking to someone who cared about my issue instead of a robot. The issue was sorted within the hour and I couldn’t feel more appreciative

I’ve used Tala for a number of years but their customer service and stock management has really gone downhill. I place large orders frequently and by the time they ship them most items are out of stock - this applies to both sale and full priced items. My parcel went missing (likely never sent) and by the time they agreed to resend it only 3 of 12 items ordered were in stock. I’ve since had to chase the correct refund for the 2 items I returned. Their customer service via WhatsApp is consistently disappointing. Until the stock issues are sorted I won’t be using TALA again which is a shame as they always used to be my ‘go to’ brand.
