Wear Graphene seems to be a marketing company that has a poor distribution system and from the reviews poor quality control. I placed an order 2 months ago and have not received anything except emails. Emails are responded to, but no substantive results.

Zero customer support! Jacket stopped working after following their instructions on washing. Bought the battery pack as well the battery health indicator didn’t work after the 2nd charge. Reached out several times with only an automated email response. No reach out from their customer service. Don’t buy their jacket!

Scam. No jacket was shipped or arrived and company doesn't respond. It's been two years since I ordered. Kickstarter needs to ban them and refund our money

Would give zero stars if possible. People (like me) backed the gamma jacket on kickstarter and are not getting their rewards. It's a SCAM! They don't answer to the requests and comments on kickstarter (look at the kickstarter website -> wear graphene gamma jacket) or if you use the E-Mail of the website.

Dreadful service, NOT WATERPROOF as stated. I have had mine now for a few years and never wear it. As soon as it rained I got soaked through, its not as windproof as it states either. Seems all other written experiences state the same. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

horrific customer service - communication only through email, automated emails, no tracking of previous replis - therefore the communication process convenientaly starts over - by asking you the same questions you have recievend a month ago, blocking the cx. from sending further messgaes;
NO REFUND - even though the product - which was supposed to be guaranteed for 5 years - did not last even one - with all their requests respected.
TERRIBLE SHIPPING - it took way to long;
REFUSED TO FIND A RESOLUTION OR OFFER A REFUND regardless of the time spend on going through their loops of communcation;
P.S. - baught their product with the desire to use it for my business and be able to recommend it further - TERRIBLY DISSAPOINTED; Would NOT RECOMMEND!

Took my money and no product came. >25 email communications and no product or refund. Never responded to BBB requests. Do not fall for this scam as well.

Got my jacket a while back. Absolute Garbage. Scam company. Scam product. Basically everything the other reviewers have said is true. Not waterproof, smells like a can of tuna, zips on the pockets are gone now. Most expensive rubbish windbreaker I have ever bought. I will never buy another product through Kickstarter again. There loss for not doing anything about scammers.

Received my "new" jacket a few days ago, opened it and was overcome by a terrible, chemical off-gassing odor. Never experienced such a strong smell from a garment before. On top of that, the jacket was super dirty and marked up. After about 10 mins of breathing in the odor, my sinuses and throat became super irritated and I developed a cough. Hours later, my chest had a super sharp pain in it when breathing deeply. Graphene is a toxic substance as I've later found out, and pretty sure I was breathing in particles that have since given me respiratory issues. Please contact me if you've experienced this. This company is reckless and deserves what they have coming for them.

My jacket stopped working, I am now left with a very expensive windbreaker

I backed the Kickstarter campaign; the jacket arrived in October 2021.
After one year of light casual city usage (I live in Italy, which has pretty warm weather, so I rarely had to use the heating system last year). I did not use it for any heavy sports activity, just walking around my city.

Today, as a nice Christmas Gift, the jacket heating system just stopped working (only the left pocket gets warm, but the rest of the jacket remains cold, just like the electric system has some broken links), basically leaving me without a jacket for the winter (I literally gave away all my other jackets... it was supposed to be a jacket for life)!!

What am I supposed to do? I am just out of the 1-year guarantee, and in the website, there is no information about what to do in case the jacket breaks / stops working!

I will contact the support today and update this review as I have updates from Wear Graphene.

UPDATE
They offered me a 30% discount on a new purchase. This offer is just unacceptable. Am I supposed to pay an additional $300 for a product that breaks after one year? I requested instructions on how to send the jacket for repair and hope they will tell me soon how to proceed.

This company is a complete scam. They started on Kickstarter where they took £400+ of my money for 3 jackets. 2+ years on recieved nothing. They don't rspond to emails. Those on KS that have recieved jackets have reported they without exception to be of very poor quality.

What I want to know is how they managed to get a 2.5 star rating when all of their reviews are 1 star?????

Yip...what everyone else says about this jacket is true. ABSOLUTELY USELESS!
Ordered from Kickstarter, with the early bird discount (which is now the RRP, without the discounts). Finally got a replacement in March 2022. Wore it for the first time in the rain last week. Got SOAKED! There is absolutely zero breathability.
It is marketed on their website as 100% waterproof. I contacted them and their response was it was waterproof in 10,000mm, but not in 15,000mm+ (still trying to figure out what all that means!).
They are NOT going to refund me.

This is a terrible company to deal with! Jack Wolfskin do a jacket for $50 which IS waterproof!

I also bought this through Kickstarter. Received my Jacket in November. It's been unseasonably dry here but wore it today in the rain. I might as well have been wearing a net curtain. Within five minutes i was soaked to the skin. the water literally poured through the seams and zips.
I have no idea what would happen to the electric heating elements if you used them in the rain.
Total con., not fit for purpose - DO NOT BUY!

Backed through Kickstarter ages ago, not Kickstarters fault. Finally received jacket just after Christmas. To be fair it looks ok but that's where it ends. False advertising at its best or a complete con in other words. It is not waterproof, it's absorbs everything. I contacted customer services who stated they were aware of the issue and recommended buying a waterproof spray and applying myself. Said I could return at my own cost and receive a jacket end of 2022 of the revised version. Not breathable in the slightest. Even in light activity the lining becomes extremely moist. Haven't tried the heating elements but don't hold much hope. Through contact with customer services, they acknowledge the issue but make it impossible to get a refund and nearly impossible to return for a replacement. Absolute con, do not purchase this premium priced jacket with no performance. It's worth less than 25% of its retail price.

Made full payment for 2 jackets in June 21 via Kickstarter and production was finished in Oct21. We then paid additional monies for import taxes in advance and almost 3 months later their courier services states the order is still being processed, several pathetic excuses from the manufacturer and still no sign of the product. I'm guessing the next excuse will be its the Chinese New Year and deliveries will be delayed further.
Do yourself a big favour and avoid at all costs, there are lots of alternatives on the market now.

Backed this jacket on Kickstarter. Was 5 months late but can be forgiven with Corona ect. It was sold as 100% waterproof, windproof, insulated, no need to layer, all season jacket. It is the opposite of waterproof, it absorbs water and soaks through to your under layers very quick even in light rain. It's let's wind trough and sucks any year from the jacket. There is no insulation at all. The heating elements don't distribute the heat around the jacket, and on the second use they stopped working together, only some areas would heat, and the back never got more than a little warm. Customer service will not offer a refund for a jacket that is completely useless. Complete waste if money and terrible communication and customer service. Avoid this company and all their products at all costs.
