One of the worst suppliers I have purchased from. At first they were very responsive, however after the order was delivered this stopped and I had to chase multiple times to get any sort of response.

60% of the items delivered had problems such as broken zippers or large tears and were not in a saleable condition without a repair. Other examples would include Canada Goose jackets missing the hood and fur or even a number of fake items!

When I explained this they tried to tell me this was normal and classed as grade B. I have purchased 1000's of items from other pre loved clothing wholesalers and these are definitely not grade B.

Based on my experience and now being several thousands of pounds out of pocket I would urge people to stay clear of this supplier.
