I placed an order on May 28, 2025 and never received any notification or update about my order. I have sent multiple emails, left voicemail messages via messenger, tried contacting via chat through Facebook and Instagram. No response at all! I ordered through Shop App and contacted their support to see if I can get assistance.

Never had any issues with them. Love their service and their stylish pieces.

It’s been a month and I never received my order ! They do not respond to emails and will quickly delete your message if you comment on their page.

They sent the dresses late and then ghosted us. No one answers the phone or responds to messages. No one responds to email. It’s crazy. There is no chance of exchange, credit, etc if you cannot even reach anyone! I saw a negative comment on Instagram and it was immediately deleted. I wrote on their social media and asked them to contact me… deleted so quickly. I think everything is fake. I am shocked we received the dresses (overpriced and incredibly late mind you) but it’s very weird that you cannot exchange or even reach anyone. You are stuck. Non existent customer service.

I ordered almost two weeks ago and still haven't heard of my order. It's still on the "unfulfilled" status. No one's answering my emails or my messages on Instagram. Lost 150 euros for a dress I was never delivered. Do not order on that website!!

Save yourself from this trash website. I was dumb enough to order something else with store credit after I purchased the first (bad quality) thing and returned it. Surprise! No returns if you shop with store credit, even if it’s partial store credit plus more of your money. Customer service went dark. Avoid like the plague.
