DO NOT TRUST WEARYOURLOVEXO; MASSIVE WEDDING DRESS ORDER DELAYS AND AWFUL, INCONSISTENT COMMUNICATION

I would give zero stars to WearyourloveXO if I could. had an awful experience with Wearyourlovexo and want to make sure no one goes through what I went through with them.

Initially I was hoping to support a semi-local business that made sustainable wedding dresses. However, I made a huge mistake in ordering a dress from them. They have terrible communication. There is no phone number, and they will only respond via email but ignored my emails for weeks at a time sometimes!

Wearyourlovexo had a big delay with the wedding dress I'd ordered and failed to let me know. I only found out after the shipping and estimated arrival dates came and went and I messaged them THREE times over many days before they finally let me know the dress was going to be several weeks late due to a "fabric order issue". I let them know I was frustrated that they did not communicate with me when they were aware there would be a delay weeks before.

They estimated the new shipping date would be about a month before my wedding (which is not much time when you may need final alterations) but they were not willing to guarantee this new estimated ship-by date (meaning they could ship it even later). They were not at all apologetic about their lack of communication and did not seem interested in keeping my business. They offered to cancel the order and give me a refund since they were so late and since they were unwilling to guarantee their estimated ship by date I chose to cancel the order and get the refund. Even after everything they put me through they were slow to respond to my asking for the refund and I had to reach out numerous times over multiple days before getting a response confirming I would be refunded.

Their dresses may be beautiful but their communication is the worst I've ever experienced from a business. I've never been so dissatisfied with a business that I've bothered to review them before this.

I ended up luckily finding a great dress at the first bridal shop I went to after this mess with Wearyourlovexo. My advice: don't order from this company and warn any engaged friends not to use them either.
