Webdesign Avalon is the real deal. The team is very effective and efficient. They are super professional. My project manager Jeff was amazing. He takes the time to understand my needs and he is super knowledgeable. Jeff assigned my project to Dennis who was very friendly and very fast. My website was n I t a template, but a custom made website, they did a great job. It is worth noting that I had this project with Godaddy, but they failed to deliver. Jeff and his team at webdesign Avalon made it happen.

Brandon, Jeff and Jason are amazing to work with. Each member of this team operates with the exceptional integrity. They are highly skilled, personable, professional and efficient. Our initial website project was expertly executed and completed exactly on time. I admit I was cautiously optimistic that we’d get the whole thing completed and live in 4 weeks - but we did it - true teamwork! When we did have a small hiccup we worked through it together- exactly what I’m looking for in a business partner. We are now moving into the next phase of our project and I hope we continue to work together for a long time. This is my 6th website and by far the best experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this company, especially Brandon, Jeff and Jason.

I strongly caution anyone considering Web Design Avalon. I hired them for a custom website with hosting, domain access, CMS, online payment integration, SEO setup, and full ownership rights. Despite paying $930 across multiple dates, they failed to deliver a live, functional website. Instead, they put a temporary site online and repeatedly misled me about project progress.

I dealt directly with Jeff, Jason, and Alan, who promised full service but refused to provide hosting or domain control, claiming it was “standard practice,” which is false. They only offered raw files and stated they were ending the project, refusing to take responsibility after delivery. I have evidence of all communications, the original agreement, and proof of payment.

This is not an isolated incident—Web Design Avalon has multiple verified complaints on Trustpilot, with at least 13 reviews reporting non-delivery, and an overall rating of 2.1/5. There are also negative reports on ScamAdvisor and Reddit regarding similar misrepresentation and failure to deliver services.

Based on my experience with Jeff, Jason, and Alan and the documented history of complaints, I cannot recommend this company. Anyone hiring them should exercise extreme caution, verify contract terms thoroughly, and demand proof of hosting and domain control before making any payments.

The company has natural talent working behind the scene. Very enthusiastic and high energy developers with a compelling drive to advance the company by meeting the needs of customers. Alan, and especially Dennis, were the face of the company and the reason why I decided to continue with the project. Dennis worked really hard to push my requirements through to the developers, while maintaining consistent communication with me throughout the process. The man has earned early promotion, or a good bonus immediately. Great work Dennis 💯!

I think the company can improve their work flow and management style. They are a growing company, but VERY talented.

Overall, the company will get your project across the finish line and you will be happy.

it was easy and enjoyable to work with Dennis, our project manager.We found him to be both patient and knowledgeable. His team works well under him and we are very happy with our website. With that said we would recommend Avalon to anyone who needs a website built.

Jason and Jeff did great with building the website on time and guiding me step by step through a new to me process. The guys were efficient and stuck to their deadline. We meet once a week minimum to make sure that I was satisfied with the work. Well done.
