DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
They are a scam! They also have sister companies working under different business names.

They are a scam. They are not a registered business, they have a mailbox in Scotland which has some 3k registered businesses to it. Do your due diligence, they are NOT registered with HMRC and don’t deliver. They took all my money after stretching the job out over a year with one issue or another. The phone lines go quiet and you have no recourse. I lost everything. They have been reported, let’s hope Fraud investigation catch up with them.

I strongly advice to stay away from this Company. I have paid money in advance to build my website and they have only done the home page in 4 weeks. The few things done were also badly done!
They stopped replying to my emails and cannot get through the phone starting from the designer, project manager and sales manager.
BAD PEOPLE...!!!

Company is fake and they will steal your money without any work.
I have paid them 1000 pound for a website and they just disappeared.
They want us to believe fake reviews.

They are all scammer, they toke the money and stop responding to email or phone call even when i sent them email in what's up (+44 1518080128) the message doesn't delver anymore, the salesman name Gary promised to deliver the website in 4 weeks and when i paid the fee he never response at all. i'm sure who give them 5 start here are them self, the are flooding the comments to show they have good review

First they was courteous and friendly but then after I told them I would think about it they would be constantly calling me the next morning and would leave me constant messages asking what I want to do 10 calls and 3 emails in space of 7 hours is slightly worrying and finally when I answered their call I felt pressure selling was a big factor here.but at that moment I felt they was just persistent and just wanted to be attentive however this should have been the first alarm bell.

We then decided proceeding with the website design after paying £180 deposit they got back to me after a week with the design and I noticed they pretty much just used a pre made template and just added in a few things from other sites I gave as examples which I could have done myself on wix.com.
After 5 weeks they hadn't really made much progress with the site and had not even sorted out the content or the design and they began calling me every day and emailing me asking to make full payment when I replied nothing has been completed yet as agreed at the start that I would pay remainder amount once all design and content has been approved however they decided they needed the payment now!! I then requested payment will be made in a week as I need to wait to my pay to which they agreed however then decided to add that I need purchase domain name when I gave them the names I require I was told I need to pay now to get those names to which I replied they haven't been used or bought in the last 14 years I highly doubt it will be bought in the next 7 days. Low and behold I get a call 5 days later stating my domain names had been purchased all 3 different types .com, .co.uk and .org... what are the odds of this happening all of a sudden I was then told they can get my domain names back provided I pay them a fee to buy it off another company. I found this odd and asked my broker to check who purchased them and low and behold found this company bought all 3 domain names and are trying to fraudulently make me pay extra for them. I confronted them about this and have asked for my deposit back as they practiced with malice and fraudulent behaviour. They have since been ignoring all my calls and emails. I would advise everyone to stay away from this company they are scammers!!!

Very pleased with the final design of my website and logo. Working with Brian and Juan went well and they exceeded my expectations with regards to the end product.

This is the worst company I have ever worked with. I started a project with them in April and was quoted 4-5 weeks to complete the project. The website was handed over in September - 5 months later. Granted in this time I asked for a different project manager as was not getting along with the one they gave me and they kept trying to up-sell me things.
Even when the website was handed over there has been countless issues that have need tweaking and each taking 3 days to a week to fix. This has been going on since September so overall we are now 7 months after starting the project.
In the end I have found another company to finish the website properly.
To give an example I asked for a phone number field to be added to the register form and have since found, whilst they did this, they have only done it aesthetically and the field doesn't actually have any function. No number is saved when people sign up.
I also contacted one of the companies advertised on their website as part of their 'portfolio' and the company owner had no idea who WebDesignLabs were and have never heard of them.

All positive reviews are FAKE. Zach Adam Kevin literally all fake. Also they all have Indian accents! Not based in the UK. Office address is fake. Please guys stay well. Fraud company. Getting so angry just writing this!

Total fraudsters and the good reviews are definitely fake. They are not based in the UK. The Company address is not legit. Read the bad reviews on here and other sites and believe them. I wish i had done. I've experienced it. Alfred. Gary. Calvin. Adam. Zachary. Kevin and more I've dealt with them alll. Say no more. STEER WELL CLEAR!

Dont know where to start as would not give this company a single star but have to post this. This company were hired to deliver a working website with a full briefing with us thinking they were based in UK.THE SAID THEY CAN DELIVER IN 24/48 HOURS. They delivered something 7 weeks late that no one could log into, directed customers to different sites and after setting up paypal....took the monies into their own site. This company is based in Dubia and not the UK. After taking nearly £2000 from us we have nothing that resembles our brief. We have now written off the monies as the company refuse to pay this back and have started costly litigation....STEAR CLEAR!!!!!!

I called to get a quote for a competition website. Gary from webdesignlabs.co.uk gives me a quote and examples of websites they have built in the same industry.

I always put a time gap between receiving quotes and making a payment just so I can think straight and not make the wrong decisions. I came up with the idea to call one of the examples listed companies... and what do you know.
They vehemently denied that this company had designed their website.

Building my entire website with all its features for £600 might seem like a great deal to someone who doesn't know what they're getting into It can be done but nobody charges that low.

I don't know what they would've delivered to me but its disappointing. If I would have made a payment I would've utilised PayPal or a credit card to protect my money. However, I can't say I trust this company.

They also do not appear to have a UK company registration.

The worst experience I have ever had using a company for a service period. They advertise a "guarantee" of 100% money back if you are not satisfied with the service but that is not the case it is a lie. Hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced its just astonishing they just talk at you and take on zero of what you say and feedback is not received constructively. I was promised a website in 6 weeks I am over 3 months into this and have given up with them and lost all confidence in the work they promised. They tried to charge me a £1000 of additional services that had been promised to me initially when i asked why on this i was told i was stupid and didn't understand, this is just truly a appalling company and i wish i could put more of my experience into words it has been shocking. I HIGHLY ADVISE ANYONE TO AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. Just shocking.

This company is operating fraudlently.

Attempts to deliver Notice of Claim have proved to indicate that they do not operate from 69, Buchanan Street Glasgow G! 3HL, nor at a second address of100 West George Street, Glasgow G2 1PJ.

I only wish I had read the reviews first, especially the negative ones as I would not have used them at all had I known. This agency expected payment in advance and disappointed as soon as the invoice was paid. We had at least 6 different people handling the project with the reason given that the person before had left or was ill or some other explanation. Account managers did not return calls or emails and from time to time, failed to show up for pre-arranged zoom meetings (even ones they arranged!) The work was shoddy and we ended up not getting what we paid for. We requested to speak to someone senior within the agency but again excuses were given as to why they were unavailable. We have now contacted the relevant authorities to investigate the legitimacy of this agency and to look at how we can get our money back. I would never recommend them and if anyone is looking to work with them, you will be doing so at your own risk.

Deceiving company!

This company is NOT trustworthy, they would agree with whatever you want when you get in touch with them about your website, but then they can not deliver anything.
They could not design a logo, they could not understand the business idea because they are not really interested, content writing is shockingly bad ( they can not spell), not creativity or even trying to put any effort.

I am currently losing sleep over it, as my website is looking so bad, they do not want to refund my money that they took in full, they do not know how to fix what they have done and I am losing business.
By the way the business idea and the website are basics, its nothing complicated.

Do not go anywhere near Web designs labs, they are dishonest

I am sorry, but I do not believe any of the 5* reviews given for this company and I would love to see the work that they have received from this company to give them these reviews, I do not even believe these reviews are genuine. This company is sooooo poor in so many levels. Unless you want a really basic 1 page website and you need to provide the images and the contents for it as well, I would not go anywhere near them. No creativity, poor contents, do not even bother to understand what you want or the business idea, they give deadlines and promises that they never keep, the experience with Web Designs Labs has affected my health as I am losing money every day, as they simply can not deliver. They are cheap, but when you pay permutes, you get......
Do yourself a favor, pay a little bit more and deal with a proper company. DO NOT USE THIS POOR COMPANY
