I put my money in weber asset and googbye...i cant cash out..i make the login .i see may balance..but when i try to cash my money to my bank account..forget..this is a big scam..

I invested with then and I was given an account manager (Joe) who was very friendly and after I told him I was scammed before he seemed to be sympathetic and was angry that I had been scammed and promised that he would help me to make a lot of money, we did make some good profits trading crypto currencies he convinced me to buy another currency for £500 which I did I was never allowed access to their ai system I now think that it does not actually exist Joel promised that I would have a fantastic Christmas which a large sum of money to spend, the last I heard from Joel was on 12th December 24 not heard from him since he seems to have disapeared. I did receive a phone call from another so called manager who said Joel was ill and would call me in two days but he did not call I tried to call him this week Monday 6th January someone answered the phone and told me Joel would be in the office on Wednesday and he would call me. He did not call I have tried to contact him and the support team and asked to close my account and withdraw my funds support do not answer and Joel ignores my calls and messages, my advise to anyone considering using these people is stay away keep your money otherwise you will lose it I do not trust these people they are scammers. I was promised support and lots of money it was all lies. Before support claims that I do not have an account I have copies of all the messages from Joel and a record of all the telephone calls.
You claim I do not have an account, but my account number is 7855635 and Joel is my account manager, now please explain why you in support ignore my emails and Joel ignore my telephone calls and texts on whatsapp. have you stolen my money?

It seems that the company's standard answer to criticism is to deny their customers! I have an email in my inbox reading as follows (it cannot unfortunately be copied into the review text):

You most certainly will again state that I am not a client of yours!

They are imposters and their service is a complete scam!. They are using another firm's SEC CRD Number and FINRA IARD Number - claiming that it is their own. Highly illegal!
