AGB-Verletzung, Betrug
Ich habe versucht, eine Bestellung abzugeben. In Zicher-AGB steht:
"Akzeptierte Zahlungsmöglichkeiten
- Zahlung per Rechnung
- Zahlung per Kreditkarte über Stripe"-
Im Bestellvorgang stellte es sich heraus, dass die Zahlung per Rechnung nicht akzeptiert wurde.
Ich betrachte es als eine AGB-Verletzung und einen Betrug.
