Great alternative
I was missing some pieces for a moc and ordered them from webrick. They were sendt pretty quick and arrived a few weeks later. In the meantime i had made an order for a large moc (2500pcs). The time from i made the order until it was shipped was about two weeks but when it shipped it arrived in like 4-5days or so. All parts accounted for, great quality and color. Will buy again.

Fantastic LEGO alternative
Fantastic LEGO alternative.
All of the 800 pieces I ordered were accounted for, and snap together great.
Some of the longer thin ones have an almost imperceptible bowing to them, but this didn't affect my build.

I had the divided "pleasure" of working with this 'company' for a short while as a sales prospect. Their female General Manager clearly didn't understand the market but fought any contra-argument off in the most naive and rude way and, in the course of a few weeks, she laid me off in the most humiliating way. Yesterday, I saw that the "firm" had shut down the operation. What a pity, and what a bliss. Such amateurs...

Had some trouble, but it was quickly resolved
I had a very large order of bricks, which was supposed to ship in two parts. The first part was sent out after just over a week, and arrived around 2 weeks from the order date. They forgot to send out the second part of the order, but sent it out after a quick email correspondence and it arrived a week later. There are some issues with sending out tracking numbers, and sometimes the tracking number won't be sent until even after the actual package arrives.
Edit: I realized I forgot to actually review the bricks, they're very high quality, both the default source and gobricks, but come fairly scratched, I'm not sure if the scratches come from the sorting process or the transit.
