If there is an issue, don't expect help. This company has no values, no morals, and does not help it's clients. They take your money, and leave you high and dry. RUN FAST!

I recently purchased my site with websitebox.com and had my tutorial over the phone with Sami. The tutorial was very helpful since I am new to building a website. I think this company is great! Very user friendly and doesn't nickel and dime you like so many others!

I purchased Websitebox on Monday night and was lucky enough to schedule my onboarding session the next day. While I could not join the training webex due to technical issues on my end, Sami was very flexible and able to talk me through configurations--did a great job!

Websitebox is a fantastic solution for any agent looking to cost effectively create a web presence. The basic $99 website should suit the needs for most agents so that they can have their own IDX search website. For agents who want to be more hands on with their website, I recommend adding the Blog module (another one-time $99 fee).

For my website, I created my own custom header using a free program called canva. This allows me to have a very customized looking site with very little effort.

Yes, if your MLS charges a fee for the IDX feed, they'll pass that cost onto you ($50 a year for my MLS). That seems perfectly reasonable to me! Most of the other solutions I've looked at cost at least $99 a month. Even hosting my own wordpress site costs more than Websitebox in the long run.

I have been with them for more than three years now, and have received only stellar service! I refer other agents to them all the time, because I have yet to discover anything better!

Great Customer service. Sami my rep has been god sent. He has been there every step of the way. There was a bit of communication issues about my MLS affiliation and he has been on it daily keeping me updated as we work through the issues.

Great website templates and easy to navigate. Only drawback is that you cannot customize the searches for only Canada (ie postal code and not zip).

I love the flat fee approach to building your web site. This allows you to start with something that is already ready to go and build as your budget allows. The customer service is responsive and the help database is also very good.
