I am very happy with this provider. I have been looking for a good webdesign company and this one not only is so reasonable in price but offers great CRM and no monthly fees. There is only one time fee of $99 and all is included in this. Their customer service is also great and I can highly recommend to any agent. They also have options for teams and there is no extra cost.

OK, i was about to use this company but when i see 2 identical great reviews from 2 different people i suspect the good reviews are fake.

For that reason i do not trust this company. Shame , would love to have a website for $99

Their advertising is misleading at best and closer to just outright lies.

I never approved this charge these people charged my cc and they will not refund. Run around is purposely designed to get you to give up.

I asked for a refund and to cancel my subscription. I was told to
send an email and they would cancel the subscription. I immediately sent
an email requesting cancellation and my refund. I received an email
saying that I can't cancel until they send me a cancellation form which I
never received. I called their offices and was put on hold for 20
minutes. The customer service representative said they would send me
the forms on their terms and at a time suitable to them and that I would
just have to wait. This is a ripoff.....Don't be fooled. 😠😠

They have the worst customer service. I signed up to try it out for 30 days or money back guaranteed. The interface is terrible the latouts are outdated and doesn’t work well on some devices. When I reached out to them 9 days before my 30 days was up to cancel and request a refund, no one responded back to me until my 30 days passed. They send me a form to fill out which they insist I didn’t fill out and send back. The form has 2 questions why would I not fill out the form to get my refund? Mr. Lieu insists I didn’t send it the form on time when they sent me the form after the 30 days. Now they refuse to give me a refund saying I never fill out the form. How can a company run their business like this by having terrible customer service and refusing to give customers their money back when they did everything to cancel whitin 30 days? Stay away I knew I should’ve not tried them even after reading the bad reviews. They positive reviews have to be fake.

I have used several other platforms that have been expensive.
I find Websitebox to be of value in a number of ways: platform, blogging (even though I don't use it), IDX capabilities and they're response is exceptional fast within a few minutes.
I have also been able to reach them via phone during the day which is helpful when I have a more complex issue to deal with.
If you are looking for a very good deal with a decent amount of flexibility, Websitebox is for you.

I don't particularly enjoy working on my website, in fact, that is exactly why I use WebsiteBox. That being said, I realize I have to participate to ensure maximum results, I have turned to Sami repeatedly and find his support to be stellar and exemplary. I can't say enough about the quality and value of WebsiteBox.

Can't beat the $99 flat, one-time fee for an attractive out-of-box website AND IDX if it's just simple presence you seek. If SEO and google ranking is important, you'll be disappointed should you check your website analytics and find that your site falls short, because it wasn't designed to give the subscriber the same control you'll have owning your own Wordpress, etc. For me, this is a constant source of frustration so I'm looking for a better solution.

*** I noticed some of the reviews on first couple of pages here are DUPLICATE. Different name, exact same verbiage.Fake reviews much?

Update: I've been having an issue with Communities feature and asked for help. First I got the instructions (a little insulting as I've already been through them) and then a follow-up call, which impressed me. I was prematurely very pleased when the person personally accessed my site and made a change that at least made the community listings populate, however I later realized that inputting the zip code and also community name only succeeded in pulling random listings nowhere near the community. I'm guessing this is unsolvable so I give up- I'll use Community feature instead for broader area coverage- that'll work.

I have an IT Degree and could create my own Website for free but why with an IDX website for $99 one time with WebsiteBox. I was skeptical, as I always am, but their $99 Websites are are set up very well and look amazing!!

I would give 10 stars because they deserve it. The value is amazinig but beyond that, all of the WebsiteBox team, especially Sami, are always available if you need assistance. The site is easy to navigate internally and my customers are well served. Websites can be expensive. I would love one day to thank the founder, Peyman Aleagha personally this GIFT!

don't expect quick customer service, or for them to be able to help too much, you are kind of on your own. Also do not expect this site to rank in search engines at all. It is very slow to load, which is a big factor when ranking, and the SEO is poor. However it does look good, and it's a decent site if you want to just say I have a web site and look legit. Dont worry about the search for property functions etc, most consumers are so used to realtor.com and other larger search sites, they don't mess with agent sites to much. The functionality of almost all search types for agent sites will never beat the sites consumers use and are used too. If you are not too tech savvy, stay away from this site, as you will not get too much help to get it up and running. But yes it is cheap. But when building a business, marketing tools like websites reflect on you and your brand. Cheaper is not always better.

Terrible. Customer service is rude. We have issues linking our MLS. They still have no idea if they can make it work and waited a month to respond.
