Andy arrived on time to do the final evaluation. He was very clear about why the final figure was slightly less than the preliminary offer. The amount was still acceptable, and after some paperwork, Andy gave us our check. Andy was cordial & professional. The guys were to pick up the car within 5 days or so, but they removed the car 3 days later. I would use WBAC again.

Great mobile experience
The mobile appointment was set up at our convenience. Mr. Johnson was on time. He explained what he was going to do and that he would be ready to talk to us after he looked over the car. He presented the good and bad of our car and how those things effected the offer. We discussed this and settled on a mutual amount. Mr. Johnson cut us a check right there and handed us a receipt for the car. Because our car was in an apartment complex, Mr. Johnson said he would put a rush on the pick up of the car. We appreciate the forthrightness of Mr. Johnson and the company he works for. We highly recommend WE BUY ANY CARS.
