I truly felt taken advantage of, don't go here
I truly felt that my situation was taken advantage of. The Manager knew that I had traveled to sell a vehicle and that I had limited time. A very picky list of deductions was generated. Bottom line is be ready to walk as this location will really low ball your offer. I have always had a great experience at WBAC in Florida, and would not go to this location again.

A two-star rating on this visit tells us the colleagues who looked after you when you came into our Cornelius branch fell short of the five-star service we set out to provide on every appointment, and we apologize.
A seller's situation plays no part in the price we offer. That is set by the vehicle, and by its verified condition once we have been over it in person. Three things carried the weight here:
- Your vehicle's Experian AutoCheck history discloses one reported accident
- Our professional, in-person appraisal documented poor previous repair work to a rear body panel, requiring the panel to be refinished
- Our OBD-II diagnostic scan revealed one active fault code, P0316, Misfire Detected On Startup (First 1000 Revolutions)
The accident on the record and the repair that has to be redone are the largest part of why your offer landed where it did.
We encourage every customer to stay with us through the appraisal and see what we see, because condition is what a valuation turns on. Our team should have explained which of those findings actually moved the number, and why, before you had to decide whether to accept or reject the offer.
