Ken, the gentleman we worked with was extremely helpful, especially given that we had a big documentation problem (with a lien release) and torrential rain. We had previously visited a competitor, but we decided to go with We Buy Any Car, largely based upon Ken's effort, patience, and willingness to help. Selling my car was a great experience
Selling my car was a great experience. Much better than the competition. Kenneth in Frederick was great to work with. The process was smooth and took about 45 minutes before I left with a check in hand. A small amount was deducted for needed repairs, but they were reasonable deductions. There was no pressure to cut the offer like there was with competitors.

Kyle was super attentive, and reached out before my appointment to ensure I understood what I needed to bring. He was extremely friendly, and made a reasonable offer for my vehicle. He was very respectful of my time, and the process was complete within an hour, when I left with a check in hand.
