Best Experience Selling my SUV.
The Marietta Branch Manager was easy to work with. He called to verify the meeting, gather additional information he would review before the meeting, and called me back before the meeting stating that the estimate for my car had not changed. When I arrived, he did a thorough review, explained every step, made appropriate adjustments and bought my SUV for the agreed price.

The manager explained the whole process and gave great service. We felt the end price was fair enough. It takes about an hour but he made the process go fast. This is the Marietta location. Please promote him or a bonus, he deserves it! Saturday 17th August morning.

Thoughtfulness, integrity, and intentionality
I posted a review in June regarding my experience using the online offer process with WeBuyAnyCar in Atlanta (Marietta). Today, I spoke with one of the organization's executives. We had a fruitful conversation. Some of the information I pre-listed about my vehicle was not captured in their system. The online offer for my car (which was a great offer) was for a "retail-ready car," meaning they could resell it immediately.
Although I posted information in their system about the car's condition, the local branch manager did not get that information and offered me a considerably lower rate for my car. The executive explained the hiccup, and I appreciated the phone call. I also said that their decision to contact me directly shows that they care about customers and want to be transparent with their processes.
What I labeled a "hustle" turns out to have been an automated mistake.
Even though I sold the car to another company, I wanted to express my appreciation for the thoughtfulness, integrity, and intentionality shown by the leadership of WeBuyAnyCar in Atlanta.

We operate a zero pressure environment at webuyanycar.com and the choice of whether to sell or not is always down to our customer. If you have an offer of $1,400 on the car, you should definitely take it. The Mercury is scheduled to be picked up but if you get back to us fast, we will reverse the deal and reunite you with the car.
For a near 20 year old car with heavy front end damage, warm AC, cracked windshield, ripped headliner and many battle scars, we paid the absolute maximum we could to cover our costs and break even on the deal. $1,400 is what you might get retail for one of these in really nice condition. This vehicle would need hundreds of dollars of work to get anywhere near that.
We understand seller's regret and never want a customer to leave having accepted an offer they can't live with. We are happy to do the right thing and will reach out to you directly tomorrow to discuss options to restore your faith in the honesty and integrity of our team.
