Easy experience with a competent kind employee

I appreciate Brett Fowler, in the Silver Spring office on Georgia Avenue, who went out of his way to get me a good price on my 2004 Volvo. Brett was friendly and empathetic to my situation. I felt he genuinely cared.My only regret is that I didn't stick with Peddle, who offered me free towing. I paid $120.00 to tow the car in, thinking i could get more money from WBAC, whose emails (not from Brett; probably AI) were highly enticing. Perhaps I allowed greed to get the best of me.

Overall I believe the quote was extremely fair I felt comfortable with selling and I would recommend this business to everyone in the future
