Great Customer Service!
Our helper was down to earth and fun to chat with. He made the process super easy! His knowledge about cars was very insightful and made the appointment flow smoothly. He gave a basic rundown of the inspection process, and once he inspected the car he was able to tell me things about it I hadn’t known the entire time I owned it. We chatted about cars and life in general as he helped us fill out paperwork. By the end we were super happy about the appraisal compared to other quotes we received, and despite the state of the car. I would definitely recommend the company in the future!

Simple, Stress Free, & Fair
They were easy and accommodating when I had to reschedule my first appointment at the last minute.
At my rescheduled appointment I met with Brandon. He explained the whole process upfront. During the vehicle inspection he made sure to let me know what the devices he used measured/did & what specifically he was looking for in different areas of the vehicle. He also made sure to go over anything he found & whether or not it would impact the potential offer price. He even offered some good tips for maintenance and touch ups to the vehicle, should I decide not to sell it to them once they calculated the offer price.
I was worried that it would be like going to a dealership & meeting with one of the salesman. Thankfully, it was nothing like that at all. Brandon was very straightforward and honest. When he presented me with the final offer price for my vehicle, there was no pressure to accept it or decide immediately. In the end I felt it was a fair offer so I took it. The paperwork took about 10 more minutes after that and I left with the check. He also let me know if I changed my mind I could still buy the car back at the same price for the next 48 hours.
Overall it was a quick and simple process. I even gave his business card to a family member who also has a vehicle they’re no longer using.
