I was very upset that Brenton just dropped a group of papers in front of my wife to sign without explaining each form and what it was for. I was very upset when I got home and read that she signed a warranty form for the drivetrain as we did not understand that. We sold a car as is and had no intention of signing any warranty. I am sorry we sold the car to your company with all the unexplained paperwork. Every form should be explained clearly as to what was being signed

Got a call from Jeff in Customer Service and was very appreciative of his professionalism. The company offered to make me whole and cut me a check for $100 dollars due to some miscommunication.
