West Chester Office- BENDAN SMITH
It was so easy to call someone set up appointment for them to come out. They came out gave us an estimate. They were very patient. Brandon was his name. He was very patient with my parents. He did all the paperwork and the very next day they picked up the car, and they said that the bank will pay off the loan within 3 to 10 days so far went very smoothly.

Everyone was polite…
Everyone that I spoke with was polite and respectful. Brent did the evaluation. Chase called to follow-up as we were considering a trade-in with a dealer. Ryan completed the transaction a few days later. They explained the process and answered our questions. They even provided information about returning the old license plate.

Friendly and professional
Ryan and Chase were super friendly and very professional. They did a great job. I think the most important thing for a seller to remember is to be realistic when bringing a vehicle in to be evaluated. Decide before you go what you are willing to accept.

Easy and Convenient
This was an easy and convenient car selling experience. The branch manager was clear and transparent about the process. I didn't have an appointment, but from the time I walked through the door it only took about 30 minutes to get an offer. I had to think about it so I made an appointment for the next day. The next day it only took about 25 minutes to get the check and transfer the car. I would strongly consider selling another car to this business.
