I got less than I wanted. But Lacey was great and easy to work with.
E agent was great I don’t recall his name maybe David? The manager was as unprofessional as could be. I appparently helped her from getting to her daughter dance recital and she was pissed. I received an offer of $19200 on like when I got to the appointment which I had at 1700 after David and I too pictures and he took it for a drive she offered me a low ball of $16000 I laughed and said what happened to the $19200
She said that if it was in Pristine condition I said it’is in pristine condition. She wanted to argue the decals on the top were added after sale I told her no they were with original buy as they were. I added two side panels with two decals she said that deteriorated the value which I disagree with her assessment. Anyone who owns muscle cars add to their value with many things including what I added of Katskin leather seats $5000 she said they can’t give me credit for that. I said what about the 19200 she said they didn’t negotiate price I said I guess we are done then. She then offers me $16500. I said I thought you didn’t negotiate she said we don’t I said that’s exactly what you are doing. Then she sis show much would you sell it tonight for I said $19200 she said I can give you $17000 then the said she would have to get that approved. I said don’t bother. I thought about it for a while I said I’ll take $18500 she said they won’t go that high I said you didn’t ask so how do you know? Finally she said how much would you take tonight o said I’ll for 18000 she had to get it approved then I was approved. My experience was great with David but your manager needs a few classes in customer service. She is in no way a manager and this comes from me who spent 44 years in customer service with an airline from the front time to Manager the regional Manager then Director or a major hub. Bottom line is I don’t trust we your company and had I not needed the money I would have walked away unless I got the true value of my car.
Everything went very well, and the process was easy. They are up front and walked us through the process. I would use them again.

Felt like a bait and switch after disclosing all the vehicle faults they gave me a qoute over the phone I drove my car in to have it inspected they looked at it and brought up the same issues I had mentioned earlier and offered me half of what they quoted over the phone it was a total waste of my time be aware of misleading and deception

They quoted me $2551 on 2007 Lincoln Town Car that runs perfectly well, but doesn't look good having a few dents actually offering only $100 before contacting their analyst to quote $400 claiming they couldn't even pay $500 for then they'd only break even which was obviously dishonest corporate employee speak. The car inspection requiring 3 corporate employees using small high tech devices took way too long at an hour an a half for they came up with every little ding and flaw entering into computer which over calculated to the actual value of the car which is reasonably $3800 that I paid $4,300 last December before 2 new tires, repair, and maintenance I did. They knew I was desperate for some cash to eat the last week of the month instead of gas and insurance in the economy of 2025 where Doordash and food delivery are no longer income earning endeavors and on one's hiring a 54 year old born in the USA guy. These are fellow Americans who took advantage of me to enrich themselves gang3ed up as a group of take taking me for a confidence trickery ride telling me at one point they sell cars at auction for only a few hundred dollars above offer and then told me the dealerships they sell out of will not get very much money for the rear quarter panel dent compromises the integrity of the car. Nonsense for the frame nor gas take were effected out of it being a parking lot hit and run on me a couple months ago. They'll have that good running used car in a used car dealership for $4000 perhaps $6000, but won't be able to sell it in this market so it'll just be like thousands of other cars rotting out there not allowed to be used any longer due to corporate greed and the inflationary debt based system they've created. Why did I feel forced and coerced to sign it over for only $400 and an Uber ride? There are no individual buyers attempting to sell over a month in the classified ads which is most unusual for normally the large Salt Lake market has a buyer and seller for everything, but over half of Americans aren't thriving any longer being so broke to inflation in this 2020's market without a possible job for me. I have deep sellers remorse for that car is my lifeline to do things or perhaps survive homelessness this Winter and not be dragging the heavy weight of groceries and drinking water on buses and city streets with a bum knee while no longer a young soldier. Instead of giving this greedy corporation your car for 10% of it's actual value, a title loan would have made a better bet where you can drive and own your car unless you default by not paying a finance corporation excess usury by it's due date.
