Selling a car for an estate, I received an online quote from both WeBuyAnyCar.com (WBaC) and Carmax. WBaC Made an offer almost $2,000 higher than Carmax, so of course I went with WBaC. After insight inspection, the offer was $3,500 less than the quote! I worked with the WBaC employee and came to an agreement.
Please be aware of the $400 “small processing fee” that’s not mentioned on the site that comes right off the top of the offer.
While I did expect a little of this, I was surprised how much less was offered.
The WBaC employee, Carter, was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly, a real pleasure to work with. My complaint is with WBaC practices of luring people in with inflated online quotes.

The process is simple and efficient. The price I got for my car was a bit higher than Carmax. The associate explained everything clearly and with no pressure.

Person conducting our transaction was friendly and answered all questions to our satisfaction. I was invited to observe our vehicle’s thorough inspection/evaluation which was very informative. The offer for our car was significantly more than our dealership and Carmax. Very pleasant experience.

Leon was a consummate professional! I gave CarMax, Carvana and AutoNation a shot and when it came time to the online offer matching the real "check-in-hand" offer - WeBuyAnyCar was the highest.

They valued my time, and when we ran into a slight DMV hiccup, an executive from Corporate (Mike) joined me on the call within 5 minutes, told me what to do to fix the issue and made the process painless.

Can't recommend this team and their process enough!

From start to finish, Roman was a true professional to work with and was 100 percent committed to delivering top-notch service. He completed the evaluation, paperwork, and cutting the check all on site. No need to have to worry about trekking out to the dealership and figuring out the logistics of getting home. In my experience, this company is committed to being as -- if not more -- competitive than CarMax or Carvana.

Transparent, friendly, and timely. It was what I expected and way less harried than a previous sale I made to Carmax, where I believe I would have been pitched a lower price.

If you want pennies on the dollar visit this place. I understand they have to make money but not by scamming people out of their property. My opinion their reviews are fake every bad review is swiftly rebuffed by artificial intelligence submitting a positive review! Sell your car yourself or use carmax or carvana

Working with Daphne was a treat. She took the time to help me overcome a few obstacles that came up during the process and overall is just a great person. I had a competing offer from CarMax, but decided to go with WBAC due to the time she dedicated to helping me out.

I was in a hurry to sell my car. I had a 2015 Audi with over 179,000 miles and two cylinders misfired. The amount of money it was going to cost to fix my car didn't equal up the value I had left in it. So, I decided to sell it before it caused me anymore issues. I went to CarMax first because that's the only place I knew of that could sell my car. However, I had to wait for quite some time in order to get someone to go look at my car. Ken was honest and efficient about examining my car and identifying one element of wear that would reduce the online estimate, but we were able to compromise on the price. It was still the best price from among Carmax and Carvana. I'd recommend you get a price estimate from WBAC before selling to any other company.

It was fairly easy! I read online what to bring and made an appointment. The process was painless except for the surprising devaluation of the car because of some tiny dents they call hail damage without it having been in a hailstorm. I still appreciated the company’s willingness to see how well I took care of my care and to add back some of its value. There’s not much negotiation here or with Carmax. It’s the convenience you pay for. The process took about an hour and I left with check in hand. The communication was excellent. The car inspection thorough. I would use them again.

The sale of my 2007 Ford went very smoothly—price was higher than CarMax. I watched while the car was checked out and the whole process from bringing the car to taking a check home was about an hour or hour and a half. The representative was very professional and friendly.
