Great Process, Easy Going, Price Lower than Quoted On-line By Thousands
All aspects of the process was good, appoint was on time. Location Manager was pleasant, friendly, respectful of my time and explained the process. Only disappointment was the price. Lower by thousands then provided on their site for the same vehicle. Site did not explain there is a $395 processing fee. Do your homework before you arrive, any issues have them corrected if you can - they delete for everything they can. I was in there two weeks early and they detected a misfire - I got it corrected but did not credit me for the repair on my second visit. Still offered the price originally quoted with the misfire.
Very misleading
Low balled me like a mf..smh took advantage of my desperate situation..smh
Update: they actually reached out and did all they could go rectify the situation. I’m satisfied with the overall experience.
Update update: so I fixed my review before I saw the response they sent previously, which they failed to mention while basically harassing me to update my review. The biggest problem I had with these people was their misleading tactics. When I filled out the quote online, I listed all the damage from the accident they mentioned and it quoted me one amount I was ok with, then they low balled me in the office. Then, from the local office to the, what I’m assuming was the corporate office, they gave me conflicting stories about how they operate and the reason for the difference in the amount of the sale. Also, there was never a full explanation of the process from the beginning so I was kind of blind sided when I got there. They definitely waited until I was already there to mention the fee they charge for you to sell them your car.
Now, they did cut me a second check because I originally spoke about my not so great experience with them. They did that under the condition I change my review.
I guess, in a nutshell, it’s cool they tried to buy a better review but I’ll never go to these people again. Good luck to whom ever does.

The experience was good until we found…
The experience was good until we found out about the $299 fee. That would have been upfront on the website when we were filling out the information about the car. The associate was good, personal and complimentary. The phone calls to confirm, let us know people were running late went to silence because my phone thought it was a robo call. That could be problematic if they were canceling the appointment or something.

I liked everything except the fee charged, I've never paid someone to buy a car.
The only reason the rating isn't 5 star…
The only reason the rating isn't 5 star is because of the document fee. I wasn't aware of it until the transaction was almost done. In Indiana the document fee is not allowed to be over $200 (its actually a law). Unless webuyanycar isn't technically a dealership, this is an illegal fee. I still walked out the door close to where I wanted to be (only $29 short). The guy was fast and friendly. The doc fee may have been in the fine print but the average person doesn't read that. Still happy with it though.
Fees
There is a $200+ processing fee that I was unaware of even after getting more than 10 calls reminding me of my appointment. There was some picky deductions from the online quote. Overall no issues
My appointment was for 1130 but they…
My appointment was for 1130 but they seem to overbook. The staff was very friendly but I didnt like at all the $219.00 fee that I was not told about til the paper signing phase. UPDATE. Received a call from "K" and we were able to "sit down" and come to an agreement that I'm really happy with. Customer service is not dead and I will definitely recommend to family and friends.
After their fee it was $16 more than anyother pace we went to.
I was a little disappointed in the amount of money we received as we had the car looked over two months earlier for $500 more than what we got. I guess used car prices were dropping as prices were similar at each place we went. We ended up at WeBuyAnyCar as they were offering $16 more after their fee.
Selling my vehicle
Everything went very smoothly and quickly.Process from start to finish ran great, only thing is they don't tell u about the application fee,but that's why u have to read what you're signing..,other than that I give them a 5
The only surprise was the $299 doc fee…
The only surprise was the $299 doc fee that was taken out of the offer at the last moment. Otherwise, smooth transaction, easy to work with, great offer price.
Excellent experience at Cranberry Twp, PA Branch
Review is for the Cranberry Township, PA Branch. Stephan Yenca, the Branch Manager was an absolute pleasure to work with. Before the appointment, he called to explain the process and notify me that there is a documentation fee to be deducted, should I accept their offer. Their offer was acceptable to me and I was out of the office in one hour with a check in hand for my RAV4.
The offer was between what dealers were proposing for trade-in and estimated private party sale values. On a side note, you should research the value of your vehicle extensively and have realistic expectations. In all likelihood, I would have been able to sell the vehicle for a higher value through a private party sale, but I weighed that against the convenience that webuyanycarusa offers. If you feel that their offer is not to your satisfaction, you are under no obligation to accept it. I would definitely use webuyanycarusa again for future sales. Highest recommendations to Stephan Yenca and the Cranberry Township Branch
Experience was good
Experience was good, process was easy and painless, manager was affable and pleasant. The only disappointment was the offer as it was not even close to what the online valuation showed. Also, don't recall reading on the website that there is a $299 fee.
The only thing I didn't like was the…
The only thing I didn't like was the document fee you charged. That came off original quote. If I sold it myself. The customer would have to pay for registration or document fee not the seller.
Deborah in Melbourne
Deborah in Melbourne, FL was very good. She was thorough and quick. Some damage was found thru the car computer so the fee was lowered but I was still satisfied.
Very satisfied with the customer service Jeff presented. Jeff called me and we were able to work out an agreement that both of us were happy with. I would do business with them again.
I did like your process but the one piece that made me upset was, after the car inspection I was asked how much did I want for my car. I stated around 2000.00 dollars. The representative said we will try to get close. He then stated the highest he was able to go was 1700.00. I asked is that the highest or can we negotiate. He said, he could not negotiate the price. So I agreed to the 1700.00. Then while we started signing the paperwork I found out he charged us 219.00 for a documentation fee which was never explained to us and the paperwork showed the offer was actually for 1919.00 and not 1700.00. I feel this was a dishonest or misleading part of by the deal by the representative but at this point we had already signed the title or to your company.

I will never use webuyanycar again
I will never use webuyanycar again. However reading the requirements of Trustpilot platform it will not let me express my true opinion of webuyanycar.
Well I want to amend my review. I received a call from webuyanycar management the other day and they apologize for experience I had and admitted that they "screwed the poch" and that they would reimburse me the $300 for all their administration fee. They were wrong with what happened but I give them credit for being a standup business. So I will increase my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars.

Those fees though
The whole experience was decent with the exception of the fees not being disclosed. It was unfortunate because I was ready to refer a few others to them, but this left me with a bit of sour taste.
I don’t know why it always seems that there always is a fee here or there that gets left out when it comes to the finalizing of documents in the auto world. More transparency would be great throughout the industry.
I will say that even with this sour taste in my mouth, Barrett was very accommodating in that he was able to reschedule due to not having my title available at our first meeting.
Bernard Was Awesome!
Pretty simple process. Bernard was great in explaining everything and was very professional, yet personable. I would have given 5 stars but there was a disconnect with another branch regarding the fee involved and there should be more transparency in that regard. Craig cleared up the fee issue prior to my appointment. Overall, painless experience!
Feels like a bait n switch
After answering lots of questions, the web site pushes out a number that looks like an offer. What you learn later is that it wasn’t an offer, but their estimate of its max value. From there, they deduct 300.00 service fee and estimate repair costs for every nick and ding. The process is very detailed and the agent friendly, but it still feels like a bait n switch.
Update: The following reply by We Buy only confirms my suspicions. The transmission was in good shape and the need to replace was never mentioned.
Update #2: A mark of a good company is how they follow up and make things right, after a mistake. Management reach out to me to discuss my experience. When asked what they could do to fix the situation, I told them and they agreed without hassle. I will raise my experience to 5 stars.
