This company is a scam; they don't deliver what they promise and provide terrible service. They returned my iPhone 15 Pro missing cables, with a scratched screen, and without the plastic wrapping. They received it in perfect condition but returned it in a terrible state—they cannot be trusted. EM-T-UK6U5

I’ve just received a message from them to advise my offer has been significantly reduced after my phone was inspected due to light wear on screen, noticeable wear on the rear housing and light wear on bezels. My phone was sent to them in 100% Excellent condition, not a single mark on it when I boxed it up and posted to them yesterday. It was like a new phone. I’d always had in a case with screen protector. I’m currently on hold but unsurprisingly, no one is picking up. I would advise you to avoid unless you are happy to be robbed. I should have just sold privately but didn’t expect to be completely ripped off by such a well known company. I should have checked the reviews on here first.

The only reason I sold my phone to this company was because of the very professional customer service gentleman called Sakul after days of back and forth and they offered such a low offer for my phone Sakul sorted it out so thank you to him

Despite the revised valuation for my iPhone 11 being vastly below what I was expecting, Mohit explained the reasons why ( screen and battery life). We agreed that he would return the device and explained the process and timescales. He was friendly, professional and polite at all times and we enjoyed a conversation about the best regions to visit if I were lucky enough to travel to India. He’s a great example of good customer service, and even though I didn’t sell my phone I would still consider them again in future.

Wen i put my phone in for a quote I was pleased to no of how much but wen they reviewed it there was a few things that I didn't even notice about so they offered me a lower price which I wasn't happy about UNTIL we came to some agreement in a price which I was happy with and the service from ANJALI thank U so much for the help U gave me x

Absolute scam of a company. Sent in my Samsung S24 Ultra which was in as new condition with a price they offered me of £428
On receiving it they tried to say it had scratches and chips on the sides and marks on the screen, absolute rubbish, you could put this phone in a shop and sell it as new.
They offered me a revised value of £258 which I obviously refused and asked for the phone back.
Do not use this company unless you want to ripped off.

Absolute scammers. I took photos and videos of the phone right before it went into its original box for posting. There wasn’t a single mark on it, clearly not brand new and had been used but not a single scratch, chip or crack which fell into the “good working condition” that I was quoted on. When they inspected it, they stated that the screen had “considerable wear” which was just nonsense - the phone could have passed for brand new other than it maybe needing a clean around the camera/edges, and the revised price was half that of the quote and actually less than what O2 would offer. Clearly “good working condition” means brand new!!!

Sakul was helpful today on the phone. Little disappointed on the lower amount initially offered but after a conversation with sakul managed to increase the offer by £20. Was dubious about the process as I sent phone off before reading the reviews on trust pilot but I found them quite reasonable. Looking forward to money hitting my bank today!

Do not use this company. iphone12 64g was in very good condition, had a phone and screen cover and spent most of it's life in a drawer. Initially valued at£150, revised offer £5.

Avoid at all costs! They use the bait and switch method. Offer you a very good price after you honestly answer questions about the condition of your phone, you send the Mobile and then 3 days later you are offered a fraction of the first offer. £250 down to £25! Absolutely laughable. When the derisory offer is refused, they up the offer by a few pounds (as a goodwill gesture!😂). When that is refused you are then told you must pay £10.50 to have your own mobile returned to you. Disgraceful business and I am referring to trading standards. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid!

Very happy with the customer service side of the business very polite and very helpful in their responses to listening to the customer my advisor today was Mohit who acted in the Professional and welcoming manner I hope we buy any phone appreciate the sort of staff this man represents in its first line of customer services

As stated by everyone else. Sent in a phone that was new in the box and never used and they came back with an offer of under half. Absolute joke!!

Had an iPhone 13 was offered £209 which was a good price so sent it off up to then really good service when they received my phone the offered a revised price if £70 🫪 which I obviously refused they sent me a video of a scratch on my screen a chip on my case and wear and tear on the back of the case !!!!! I requested my phone back then they offered me a slightly better price which £10 more again requesting my phone back. I don’t mind a little difference but £129 difference is taking the iss. So if you don’t mind being ripped off take their offer DONT TRADE WITH THIS COMPANY

As other reviews mention, I sent in a phone which had it's screen, back glass and body replaced. All compnoents were brand new and in perfect order.

EDIT: the screen, rear and body were all brand new.

They HALVED the valuation, for fabricated scratches!

Now wasting time trying to get my phone back.
Currently feel like this is a sham company. Those looking to use this service please think twice.

Good communication, through out process

It happens very fast, you send your phone/ipad to sell to them, they check it and pay into your bank, all very straight forward, takes a few days, good company, I have used a few times and will use again. They also give a good price for your item.

Customer service from Sakul is 5 starts. But price for phone brings it down to 4. Will change if offer is revised.

Agent Mohit was very helpful and friendly.
