Be very wary sending a handset to this company. They will tempt you in with an initial offer which is great. Once your phone is checked they will more than half your offer for the most minuscule of marks. They definitely need to review their categories ie good, pretty good etc.

I decided to sell my phone in excellent condition. The company offered me £258. I sent it, but then I received a new message saying that my phone was not in the condition I described and the new offer was £110!!! I have all the photos and videos of the phone before sending it, there is not a scratch on it! I always carried it in a case! I asked to send it back, they charged £10.75 for shipping!!! I do not recommend this company! They are officially deceiving and scamming you

I sent them a fully functional iPhone 15 as part of their trade-in programme and initially received a valuation of £370. After several days without any communication, I was informed that the revised offer was £110 due to alleged damage to the device.

The company provided a video showing scratches on the screen, but these scratches were not present when I shipped the phone. I had photographs taken before sending the device that showed the screen was in excellent condition, yet this evidence was disputed and the lower valuation was maintained.

Based on my experience, the trade-in process was disappointing due to the significant reduction in the offer and the handling of the dispute. Avoid this company, there are plenty other reputable trade in companies out there!

How can they say they will give you £10 for a good condition working phone! Scam! Thats what! Will buy your phone for £10 and sell it on at a higher price.

Appalling service. Sent phone in and rated it myself based on their detailed conditions as they ask you to (Good, Pretty Good, Average, Faulty). My initial valuation went from £117 to £5 after they had received it. My phone had no cracks on the screen, no blemishes etc. Would not recommend this company at all!

SCAMMERS - I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding the return of my phone.

After declining your offer, I requested that my device be returned to me. You arranged the return delivery via Royal Mail. However, upon receiving the parcel, it was completely empty and the phone was missing.

I have since contacted Royal Mail directly. They have confirmed that the parcel was delivered in perfect condition with no signs of tampering or damage. This clearly indicates that the device was not lost or stolen in transit, and that the issue occurred prior to dispatch, while the item was under your responsibility.

As you organised and arranged the return shipment, my contract is with you—not Royal Mail. Therefore, you remain fully responsible for ensuring the safe return of my property. The fact that the parcel arrived empty represents a clear failure in that responsibility.

Additionally, I paid for £150 insurance on the return. If you are unable to return my device, I expect this insurance cost to be refunded alongside appropriate compensation.

I therefore request that you confirm, within 7 days, how you intend to resolve this matter. I expect one of the following outcomes:

• A full reimbursement of the phone’s value, or
• A replacement device of equivalent value, and
• A refund of the £150 insurance paid

If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate further. This will include seeking advice from Citizens Advice and initiating a claim through the Small Claims Court without further notice.

I look forward to your prompt response and resolution.

Do not use!! Cut our prices down by half and the phones were spotless! Absolute scum

Anoop was fantastic, really helpful, kind and quick to respond, and went above and beyond to try to help.
Unfortunately I can’t give 5 stars as I was offered £145 initially for my iPhone, and that offer was reduced to £10 upon inspection, which-considering the phone was fully functional with minor scratches and a battery that wasn’t disastrous (75+%), felt extremely unfair. I was then offered a slightly higher price after connecting with Anoop, but it wasn’t anywhere near the price I was hoping for.
I wouldn’t use this company again, but do appreciate the fantastic customer service I received from Anoop.
I’m due to receive my device back in a few days, hopefully it is returned in the same condition it was sent. I’ll edit if not.

Waste of time. Once they receive your phone they immediately try and knock you down so I got my phone returned and sold elsewhere. Waste of time

The customer service advisor I spoke to was very helpful. Unfortunately if you rate your phone as in ‘Good’ condition, to them ‘good’ means ‘unused’. You will not get the amount quoted for what YOU would consider a good condition phone. Save yourself some time here because you absolutely will not get what they quoted you.

Please avoid, scam company, they took an iPhone 15 pro max, offer of £485, in perfect condition, they described the condition as faulty even though it passed all tests, they said it had raised rear glass, the iPhone is made from titanium on this model, offered me £200, I asked for the device back, they sent me to a scam postage company for £15, no resolution
