When we inspected your books, several had issues such as damaged covers or answers written inside them, which we cannot accept. As a reseller, we need to ensure the books we sell are in good condition for our customers.
In addition, some of the books included in the original quote were not received in the parcel, so we were unable to issue payment for those items.

Using the app was easy and the process…
Using the app was easy and the process for setting up the order was very good. The courier didn't show up the first time round and I waited at home all day with no word from anyone, which was really rude and a total waste of everyone's time. After that I rebooked another collection with a different courier company and that worked. I didn't expect much honestly but about 1 week later the money was in my account exactly as I had been promised, so the end result was very positive.

We did request some additional information from you so that we could investigate your trade in more detail, but unfortunately we haven't received a response, so we've been unable to identify your Offer and review what happened.
As the books we receive are resold, we cannot accept items that have water damage, and this is outlined in our Item Condition Guidelines. With regards to the ISBN mismatch, this can sometimes occur if a different edition is sent to the one that was scanned, or if the ISBN for another edition was entered during the scanning process. As we have been unable to locate your trade, we haven't been able to verify whether this was the case.

Don't bother take them to tip
It would be helpful if all the information was given in advance. I scanned in 39 books which was laborious as you have to get the red line just so. Parcelled everything up had to go to library to print label despite the original no label required promise. Parcel wasn't collected only when trying to rearrange collection via Evri instead did it say there is a maximum box size and weight they estimated my books should be in two boxes though not especially heavy, 60+ woman. I couldn't contact them so just didn't bother continuing with alternate delivery. I have a small set of bathroom scales but if I put even a small box on I wouldn't be able to read weight. I only messed on as it was for charity but to be frank it took forever and is just not worth it for the few coppers, some as low as 1p they pay my order was worth less than £8 and usually with all the book buyers some will be rejected. In the end as the booking was with royal mail our lovely postman took the books for me after the two failed collection attempts. It would be useful if they left something to say why not taken as still have no idea.Despite not completing the rebooking I've just received an email from Evri to say it's gone through, no idea why I give up. Can't contact Evri or we buy books.

When arranging a Royal Mail collection, the courier brings the shipping label with them, so there is no need to print it yourself. We do send a copy of the label by email so you have access to the tracking number, but this is intended for reference only. Once a collection is booked, we also send our Packaging Guidelines, which explain the maximum parcel size and weight limits for collections.
If you ever need assistance, our Customer Support team can be contacted by phone, email or live chat, with all of our contact details available on both our website and app. We'd always be happy to help with any questions or issues during the trading process.
