After a few days we got our bid and we were happy to accept. After that Sue, our account manager took over and within a few days we got our payment. Overall it was an excellent experience.

This was a very special situation...my main objective was to find a home that would continue to put this second generation Eagle/CYBEX selectorized equipment, original CYBEX UBE, Universal low pulley and professional dumbbells 40-70 lbs to good use...the kit, although dated was mint and in perfect working condition...all other vendors I contacted wouldn’t waste their time and actually recommended junking it...my heart was breaking.
