John who visited me today regarding assessment of the vehicle I am selling to you.
John was polite, courteous and very professional. His experience and knowledge was very good making the sale of my vehicle effortless.

I tried to get an online quote for my van some time ago, but due to personal reasons was unable to deal with the selling of it at that point and i informed the company as such. They waited a while and then call, text and email me from multiple different numbers on a regular basis. i answered a call and told them i wasn’t able to talk but gave them a suggestion when I would be able to talk, they have intentionally ignored this and have been hounding me over the past few days. I answered a call yesterday and reminded them i’d agreed the end of the week, they didn’t know what i’d said that (apparently) but agreed. This morning they started to hound me again. With actions like that, how can they be trusted?

A guy called John came around this morning, he was very polite and courteous, a credit to your company

John came on time , they offered a price that we were happy with that made the sale happen that day.

Offered me a price over the phone, explained issues..
Then an assessor turnt up, pointed out issues I'd informed them of, and then tried to offer me 1/3 of original price.
I'd stay clear.

Bought a Mercedes Luton van drives like a dream it’s been well maintained and drives as it should really happy with my purchase bought at a amazing price too :)
Most of all friendly staff very professional went through my options of the van I needed can’t thank these guys enough for the help Defiantly recommend getting your van from here :)

Diabolical service numerous times I confirmed the van was a non runner and needed a flat bed to move it. Wasted my time and theirs , confirmed collection with a flat bed on numerous occasions, turned up to collect in a car stating he was only there to pay me and check the vehicle. I had numerous texts and conversations saying they were collecting the vehicle on the specified day and time. Ask for photos in future instead of wasting time of buyers I’d have provided them a few days later than expected collection date. Very unhappy customer, I don’t recommend this business if you’re selling a vehicle for scrap or to be done up for sale.

John came today on time. And told me exactly what was what. No hassle at all and gave me the full price I was looking for.

Vandervan were professional & fair. John who came out to do the assessment was punctual and did the assessment quickly then paid the money within minutes. They are a very easy and honest company with whom to do business. This experience will definitely inspire us to use Vandervan again in the future
