Great company to deal with. Very efficient and kept in touch about what was required as we had never sold a car in Spain before. Gave us a fair price and were exceptionally helpful. Paperwork came through within a few days as they they promised. Can’t recommend them enough.

We sold our car to webuyyourcar.es in October. I have to say one of the best companies for service, honesty and fairness. We were offered more than the garage trade in, we had a very short timescale to sell the car which they went out of their way to facilitate. On inspection the price offered was what we got. Money in account with minutes. Handled all the paperwork, kept us informed. Absolute perfection could not rate highly enough. I would like take this opportunity to amend my view of we buy any car e.s. Most of my review was made in anger and with hindsight totally unacceptable.
I let my feelings get the better of me through misunderstanding.
Having spoken to them at length I realise most of my assumptions were incorrect and they have made every effort for us to find common ground and agreement.
I apologise for my reaction , I can now see that they were only doing their job with all parties interest in mind.

Well organised and the process is very smooth. The inspection findings were reasonable and we came to an agreement on the points not reported. Very handy as a non resident selling a car is not so easy

Great smooth service. Fair price. When you describe the condition of the car, you must be honest. The car will get a full inspection with very competent staff. I would recommend. I had Jonathan inspect my car and he was very professional.

Great communication from start to finish. Way service to use . A price is agreed after photos sent and then when they come to collect it at your home it gets checked over we needed a new battery for the stop/start we hadn’t realised and a small dent on the roof we had missed so a negotiated 300e was taken off the agreed price which was fair. Payment was made to our account there and then before they take the car away. Would thoroughly recommmed. Thank you

Good experience from start to finish. Josephine and Holly were both extremely helpful.
Jensen came to pick up the car and found a small dent on the 12 month old car. Knocked a bit off the offer price but fair in the end. So much so I sold our second car to them a week later. The money was sent to my Spanish account in minutes. I would definitely recommend this company and their staff.

This was the second time I have used this company and both times they have exceeded my expectations, on this occasion a fault appeared the day before the inspection,one I thought would be covered by my insurance, the second one not so. Johnathan offered me the full price on condition I agreed to them withholding an amount to cover there costs, to my absolute delight in a very short time two thirds of the amount retained was paid back to my bank (much to the surprise of a couple of sceptic's) R A

They did exactly what they saidthey would. Gave ma a market value based on very basic info. Offered a price within the range stated once they received all the paperwork and photos. They made an appointment and came to me when they said they would, examined the car, transferred the money into my account and took the car away. What could be simpler! Far better service than that offered by their Spanish counterpart compramostucoche.‍es who lie on their website stating they will pay imediately and then expect you to wait up to 48 hours once you have left the car with them!

Sold our car with webuyyourcar. Easy to deal with on WhatsApp. They came to collect the car. Fair offer. Glen was a nice chap and very friendly. Explained everything and handover was nice and simple. Only knocked the price down 100 euros compared to the original quote which we found fair and agreed with. They drove out to our village to collect the car. Would definitely used again if needed😀

Great service received when selling my car, from the initial contact right down to the final assessment with Jensen. If you want to be treated fairly by any purchaser of your goods the golden rule is be honest with them. I knew the imperfections on my vehicle, told them to webuyyourcar.es and the whole process was very professional and fast. Payment received immediately into my bank account before vehicle was taken away! Probably the best experience I have ever know when selling a vehicle!! I would definitely recommend them!!

Very professional company with an easy to use website, enter in all your details correctly and receive a very competitive valuation, if you accept the valuation they arrange for a technician to come out and check your car over, if everything is as you described then you sign a contract and they make a money transfer immediately so easy and stress free! When I went online I was delighted ti see an initial valuation of 8 - 9,500. This faded fast, the car was in very good condition for it's age and mileage, after sending photos the value came back at 7,260, they went up to 7,500 and I arranged an appointment. When I got there the engineer found a few minor things which I felt were entirely consistent with a 2021 vehicle with 75000km on the clock. He offered me 7,200 as a take it or leave it deal.. In my mind this is a scam, designed to trap the unaware, naturally I walked away...

Terible company the price they quote is never honoured they look for any small fault to reduce price and if they cant find one they make one up! Avoid

Brilliant seamless smooth service, very informative communication all explained perfectly by Josephine and then Glen when the car was picked up! Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone selling their car.
