Working with Webware has been fantastic!

They built my website from scratch and I love everything about it! I also find them to be very responsive when it comes to any changes or updates on the website. When I am late on approving an article or sending a response to my blog they send me reminders, which is very helpful.

The best thing I like about them, is that they are very affordable as well!

If you are looking into building your website and need help with your SEO as well, this is definitely a platform I would recommend you use.

Deceptive, pushy, and out of touch. These guys were so desperate to get my business that they lied about being a potential client and then proceeded to waste my time with an aggressive tone - crazy to see that all their reviews across every platform echo this same experience!!! Whoever wrote their sleazy sales script needs a reality check on modern business ethics. BEWARE

I've had a similar experience with this company that many of the negative reviewers here have had. Originally received a phone call from someone posing as a potential customer (also, I genuinely have NO idea how they even got my name or phone number, I'm pretty sure I'm not listed anywhere as I'm not really active in my field ATM), and then turned the call into a sales pitch. Lucky for them, I'm pretty easy to walk all over and I just gave in. Fortunately, my card wasn't able to process the entire payment to "get the process started". Thankfully, this gave me some time to think it over and I decided I didn't want to move forward with this as (as I mentioned) I'm not really active in my field and am actually starting to move towards a different line of work. The person I was originally dealing with said the usual "no one's ever wanted to cancel so I'll see what I can do" yada yada. We scheduled a call to go through the refund process - we were supposed to have a call around 10AM one day; however, he never called and some other lady called late in the afternoon. Not to set up my refund, but to take the remaining balance owing to get my website started. Thankfully, I missed the call and just had a voicemail. Since then, I've had 1-2 more calls with a THIRD person who kept trying to take the rest of my money, but I told them I was unable to use that same card at the moment. They kept trying to get different card numbers from me but I refused and locked my card for a little while. Since then, I've been "ghosting them" and constantly checking my statement to make sure they haven't gone ahead and processed the final payment on their own. They called every day for about a week but gave up pretty quickly after that. I actually just got my first call in probably 2 weeks, which reminded me I wanted to write this up. It's also odd (though not surprising) that as soon as they leave a voicemail, I receive a very obviously pre-prepared email with my name added in saying they missed me and want to set up a kick-off call. Unfortunately but thankfully, they've only gotten $1,000 from me, which seems to be a lot less than others they've scammed, so I'll consider myself thankful. Honestly not sure if it's even worth it to try and contact them through other means (meaning, not the people I've been dealing with already) or if I just suck it up as a $1K loss and move on with my life.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

This is the worst company I have personally ever dealt with.

The website I was delivered was horrible for the money I paid and time waited. It literally took me 3 days to build a better website then they did in 3 whole months. I was told to "sign off" on all edits in order to get my site to be optimized for Google even though I wasn't satisfied with how the website looked. It felt like they just threw it together and did the bare minimum.

Furthermore, they say the platform is super easy to use in case you need to make changes yourself (which you definitely will given the lackluster job they do) , however the platform is very complicated to do even basic things, so you HAVE to call them to get them to make any changes. And then you have to wait until they decide to do what you asked.

The support is hit or miss as well, I asked them to install the Facebook pixel to my website. I was told that it was, however it was not working properly and when I contacted support all I was told was "we installed it correctly" even though it obviously was not. I was then told I would get an email back regarding fixing it which I never got.

Pretty much every phone call that we scheduled was late, and upon expressing my dissatisfaction with the company I was given the same run around every week.

Honestly I could go on for quite a bit on what they did wrong and why I regret going into this, however I don't want to give any more time to this company.

After notifying them of all the reasons listed above plus many others I requested a refund, and their response summed up was "Well you signed a contract so no." Webware is a company that deceives, takes advantage, over promises, and under delivers. I feel like they reached into my pocket and stole my money. I am disputing the transaction with my bank and will be discussing legal action with my attorney.

Do yourself a favor, and DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY, you will thank me later.

If you want to waste $2500+ I suggest buying a barrel, and setting your money on fire. At least you'll be warm for a bit, which is more than I got working with this company.

Should I have known the final product I would receive, I would have never agreed to do business with you in the first place.

The only reason I approved those designs initially is because your team pressured me into doing so saying that if I requested changes it would negatively impact SEO on Google. I was NOT satisfied with any of the designs you provided me with, as I sent you an exact replica of what I wanted my site to look like during the planning phase, and my site looked nothing like what I had requested.

If you need to be professionally trained in order to use a platform, then it is not user friendly in the first place.

Regardless of the manager showing me he installed the code, it was still not working correctly because of YOUR installation, and your support team never followed up to solve the issue and left me in the dark without a working plugin.

The contact page of my website went down for no reason and it took multiple days for your team to fix it even though I had been running ads and had potential customers visiting the site.

Furthermore, aside from the final phone call, your team was consistently late with meetings and not punctual.

Its blatantly obvious your designs and support are cheaply outsourced to India, and If i wanted a cheap, low quality product from India I would get on Fiverr and order it myself,

The end product and support I received was entirely different from what I was promised by your deceptive sales team. If I had know this would be the final outcome I would not have signed off on any of the crooked contracts you pressure your clients into agreeing to.

This has been a terrible experience and a large waste of my companies' time and resources. I stand by my review.

I purchased a service from this company and then cancelled as a result of their negligence. Trying to get a hold of someone confirming my refund was difficult. I was passed off to India and received an email advising the refund needs to be approved by management and then it would be sent to me. Today, after attempting to follow up the phone numbers I had used YESTERDAY are no longer in service. I have received no reply to my emails and can not get a hold of anyone at this company as they do not answer their phones. My next call will be to my lawyer and then the police. Buyer beware.

Webware helps me continuously to upgrade my Website. If I fall behind in responding to their suggestions they continue to remind me that there is something I need to do. They even call me to remind me. I am very grateful because they care about my success.

I have only been working with webware.io for a few months now but they have been terrific. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to have a website created for them and to manage their digital image. Thanks to the whole webware.io team.
