I have been using my 20W for a while and I have created so many beautiful pieces for my family and friends. I don’t have any experience with laser but I was able to create my projects from day one as the system is really easy to use and understand. I want to upgrade to the 45W but waiting to be financially better.

I have had a great experience with my machine, and support has really helped out.

I researched several laser before buying and decided on the WeCreat. Purchased the 20W Combo pack first and loved it. Had a plug come out and I called them and they had me return it and they sent me a new one. How awesome!!
Then I purchased the 45W combo and loved it! Then I took advantage of the deal on the Lumos! WOW, what a game changer this lil machine is! I LOVE THESE LASERS!!

Their support has been top notch!

Day 2. Project number 0ne unless you count the test project. Machine started engraving fine and then went off script. Thought it might be me inputting into the software so I went back and started at the beginning. Next try to engrave, the same result. Checked into the machine and found the ribbon cable frayed and the wires exposed. Obviously shorting out. Contacted support and waiting to hear back from them. It’s Memorial Day so I don’t expect till next week. They do send a spare cable but I’m holding off to see if there is something I can do to protect it.

i got it on jan 24th used it for 2.5 weeks. was doing small stuff with wood and it wasnt working right. my sister said clean it i did and i seen that fans kept running no matter what i called them could not understand the lady at all. so i emailed them and he said was update it with the firmware did it 12 times didnt work...this lasted days then tells me.sending a ribbon cable which it didnt make it to me its a paper weigh the shipping is way to slow i noticed that but dismissed it wecreat needs to use ups or anyone other then usps which to me is to dam slow if i knew this before i would of passed on this someone told me the ribbon cable is to push it past the 30 days so they dont have to refund my money...which to me its a joke it died on feb 18th i havent even did a tumbler on it at all i asked about it thats all

My buying experience was great I had no problem at all. I really like using my vista 10w although I really feel I should have bought the 20w or even the 40w. I feel I am very limited to what I can do with the vista 10w. I feel I should have had someone to speak to before I bought. I watched lots of videos but still feel I bought the wrong one.

The vista is a very good machine especially for the beginner. The set up was easy and got started right away. I enjoy using the machine and creating some simple beginner projects. I only wish the website was as advanced as the machine and offered more projects and information. Projects should be available instead of having to join other sites.

Received my Vista quickly. I have had some issues but customer service did respond (at times quicker than others but also weekends were involved) and I even had a replacement. But Vista is relatively easy to operate and affordable for the home crafter and I would recommend.

I love my 20W Vision. Read a lot of tutorials on it. Customer service was awesome.

I’ve got the 10 W and I love it. Everything you guys said it was gonna be and more. I love the service and when I had problems, you guys fix it right away no questions asked highly highly recommend recommended for anybody wants to get into laser printing great for the money

I am a beginner with anything like this. This product from the information on the website, the ordering process, the bundle option, EASE of setup, EASE of learning how to use the website and the FUN of creating!!

Software is impossible to use. Zero instructions of operating only setup details.

I went on there site to purchase the colored wood, prices showed $59.99, membership price $41.99. I emailed them about this and was told the price is 59.99 on sale. They false advertise and don't care what you think. I have one of there machines, but will never buy supplies from them. Xtool is cheaper and they ship from California. Research before you buy wecreat crap.

The product is efficient and helpful. Definitely, this is a clever creation. Their fantastic customer service also helped a lot. I highly recommend it.

I have had the 20w since December. Decided to give the 40w a try. Loving both of them. Look forward to using them not only for craft projects but to make a few $$ on the side. Easy to use and customer support has been fantastic! Thanks
