After three weeks of ownership it's broken. I open a ticket and understand their some part being sent to my house. However after 4 days I have no tracking. Basically I have a new but broken unit and no ideal when I will have the parts to fix it.

Still not working, sent me parts that I had to install and just stalled me, not producing

Great machine, I only wish it could do larger projects

The Lumos has been pretty easy to learn to use. I like the weight and portability. Also the available peripherals are well constructed and have a great finish.

I have purchased 2 lasers from WeCreate and I have been extremely happy and impressed. With like anything you are not familiar with there is a slight learning curve. If I have questions I always try and find the answers before asking in Facebook groups. It has been a great investment!

I have not had any issues with my 20w or my new Lumos. I am still learning the Lumos (I have not had a lot of time to work with it yet), but so far so good!

I have the vision 40 and the lumos. The program needs work though. Very limited. No search button for the picture drop downs. Ai is very weak. The machines them selves are great. I have had no problems yet with them. Would like to see a co1, fiber and metal machine come out from WeCreat. I have been holding off purchasing one in hopes they would but can't wait forever.

I love the WeCreat line of lasers engravers and hope to upgrade again in the near future to the 45W. I just got the Lumos and had to work through some issues, but support was so helpful and quick to respond. When we couldn’t get it working, they had me send back for a replacement.

Bought based on reviews. A little disappointed with the fume extractor but otherwise pleased with my purchase. Easy to setup but a little learning curve with the Make-It software. Light Burn software integration is difficult even following the instructions. Make sure and vent to the outside since fume extractor doesn't really take care of the burning wood smell.

I truly love the Lumos for most things I have tried. It may be user error but I cannot get the rotary to work correctly or the slide with the rotary. I am trying to figure them out but so far I can't. I would love some more in depth tutorials actually using the accessories and their settings. The laser itself works wonderfully on metal, wood, slate and leather. There are a couple things on the makeit software that could use a little changing. Mostly the settings and materials list. I know the lumos can do many more materials than the lost has. It would help me to have more settings preset to the materials. This is the best laser I have worked with as far as ease of use and portability. The images and text are super crisp and fast. Great product.

Does not play nice with Lightburn....not fully compatible, at all. The design software supplied by WeCreat is amateurish at best, compared to lightburn. The idea of having to pay a subscription fee to access the WeCreat s/w (after the free demo period) is ridiculous and greedy on WeCreat's part. It really pisses me off that this S/W licensing monthly fee was not mentioned anywhere in their advertising! Several annoying design issues as well...like, not being able to lower the enclosure except by "tricking" the system, beginning the auto-focus process, and then shutting the machine off while the canopy is being lowered.

I tried two other types of laser machines, but they required knowledge of programs like Light Burn that I didn't have time nor real desire to learn. I was looking for a plug and play. WeCreat was suggested to me and it has lived up to the expectations. I've just about worn it out, and am really considering the upgrade.
One problem I've experienced is that the machine will not bluetooth to my laptop so I have to hard wire.
A major improvement I was like to see is a waffle style grid. I lose pieces that fall between the grates and they can get burned by the passing laser. Occasionally my wood has a slight warp and it's hard to hold it down flat. A waffle tray would allow me to pin the edges down for a level surface.

I own four Wecreat laser including a Vision, two Vistas, and a Vision Pro 45 with all accessories. I cannot say enough good about all of these machines. I use them all regularly and the results have been truly wonderful. I especially like my Vision Pro 45 and it is in almost daily use in my shop. It was easy to set up and learn. It always does an excellent job for me!
