Teresa was especially sweet, they gone the extra mile to assist me making sure I find the right dress in 2 separate appointments. Lauren took the extra time to resolved some issues with my deposit payment. Their services created an unforgettable and memorable experience for me.

Very pushy sales staff who didnt listen to brides likes and dislikes. It felt more about a sale than actually trying to find a dress that looked good and fitted well. Every dress was but you can get this and that altered - basically to create a completely different dress. Have been to several bridal shops and would not recommend wed2b

I came in today and said yes to the dress every member of staff was amazing. I was guided by Nikola who helped me feel at ease and absolutely nothing was a bother. We had the best experience especially with it being the first dress shop I had ever been in. Highly recommend to anyone looking for their dream dress

I had such a lovely experience at Wed2B! Kerry was so, so helpful from the moment I arrived. She made me feel truly beautiful and comfortable throughout the whole appointment, which made the experience even more special. Her knowledge was amazing and she really listened to what I was looking for, offering great advice without ever making me feel pressured.

I bought my wedding dress from the Charring Cross store in February and was helped by the lovely Karla who made it’s a very chill experience! Found a dress I loved so quickly! The zip broke on my dress when it was getting packed up and the amazing Michelle arranged for a brand new dress to be sent for pick up. Couldn’t have asked for more help from a lovely bunch of people - Karla and Michelle were amazing. Can’t wait to wear my dress now :) x

So helpful, informative and honest. They take the time to know exactly what you have in mind and bring it to you. It was a wonderful experience rather than a daunting one.

I came in after going to another shop and not really sure what I was wanting. Kerry made me feel at ease from the start. With Kerry’s experience and expertise, I left with a dress that I never would’ve picked up. She made me feel very heard with my thoughts while she was picking dresses for me and I’m super happy with the dress that I’ve got. She’s such a asset to the company!

The assistant i had was Teresa she was lovely and very helpful nothing was to much for her very friendly and listened to what I wanted

I love the service in the store considering I had no one else with me, I am so grateful for the team for being my entourage and not just my consultants. Had a massive support from them. Special thank you to Julia and Nichola for taking care of me and making my experience a memorable one. I finally said yes to the dress and brought it home with me on the same day! ❤️

The staff were lovely and helpful, and I felt no pressure to find a dress. The only thing I’d say is that there were no where near as many dresses as they have online - most stock are quite extravagant dresses and they lacked in more minimalist ones (even though their website shows some lovely ones) and they can’t confirm where has stock for you to try. Otherwise, a lovely store with fantastic staff!

The team were so welcoming, helpful and made me feel at ease as well as special. Debbie helped me pick out my chosen dress. It met my vision and was beyond expectations. I knew the moment I had it on, and bought it, easiest decision so far (apart from saying yes to the Man, saying yes to the dress was just as easy and magical)
The store was clean and bright, well managed, good selection great designs and plenty of choice, variety and sizes.

I went to pick up my dress today and I got to interact with Brodie at the Bournemouth shop. Another great experience after yesterday's and I just wanted to commend everyone who works there for some pretty amazing customer service in a day and age where I've had a lot of disappointing interactions with staff from different shops. But Brodie today, just as Fatemeh yesterday, made me feel welcome, took her time to listen, was just overall wonderful and I'll continue to recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a dress in Bournemouth.

From start to finish, the ladies at wed2b were welcoming, friendly and so helpful. Cassie helped me to pick my dress and she was a absolute star - she knew exactly how to work with what I wanted whilst also being mindful of what would look best for me. She was so fun and had a great sense of humor; we had a cracking time! Thank you!

Imogen was my bridal consultant and she was absolutely amazing! Imogen made me feel so comfortable and made my experience everything I could have wished for, nothing was too much!

Hadiya was amazing she sat down with me asked me a few questions so she could get an idea of what I’m after, she gave me lots of options and I picked out the dress and hadiya was fantastic with advise on what I could do with adding lace to the centre sheer v in the middle - which I never thought of doing - and she gave me a piece of lace to place there so I could invision it being slightly modified
