I wouldn't recommend this service
I wouldn't recommend this service. Whilst they have good products, the negatives are:
- The lead times are ridiculous, I think we waited more than 8 weeks after ordering our products and a lot were out of stock by the time you go to order.
- Sales/discounts like Black Friday deals aren't reflected in the pricing, so it isn't good value for money. I found the products much cheaper elsewhere.
- The handling fee for cash gifts.

As we work with a wide network of carefully selected brand partners, many gifts are ordered directly from our suppliers once couples choose to have them. This allows couples the flexibility to amend their list throughout their engagement, but it can also mean that lead times vary and, on occasion, products may become unavailable if suppliers discontinue them or experience stock shortages before an order is placed. We understand this can be disappointing and appreciate that it impacted your experience.
In terms of pricing, our gifts are listed at the recommended retail price provided by our suppliers. While we aren't able to match temporary promotional or sale prices offered by other retailers, including events such as Black Friday, we do aim to be transparent about how our service works so that couples can make informed decisions when creating and managing their gift list.
We also appreciate your comments regarding our cash gift handling fee, and we'll ensure your feedback is shared with the relevant teams as we continue to review our offering.

Was easy to follow and lots of choices for presents to purchase for the couple and good pictures of the presents so could see exactly what you are buying for them including the what the experiences were . Payment made was straight forward and receipt sent very quickly , was a good experience.

Slow lead times, multiple products discontinued
Pretty terrible experience for the following reasons:
- Incredibly slow lead times, say this is because they offer a “bespoke service” literally nothing bespoke about it. I suspect the lead times is because they want to hold the cash to make interest from it, nothing to prove it but it wouldn’t surprise me.
- Several items discontinued after we ordered them, now running out of things we want to spend the money on.
- If someone gives you a cash donation they charge a handling fee.
- Prices seem higher than other sites e.g. Fattoria utensil holder £33 on the wedding shop £25 on Paper and Ink.
If you don’t need multiple contributions to one product just use Amazon.

Our wedding list service is designed to offer couples far greater choice than would typically be possible through a traditional retailer. By working with over 300 leading brand partners, we're able to source products as couples choose to redeem them, rather than limiting them to stock held in a single warehouse. Whilst this provides much greater flexibility and access to a wider range of products, it does mean we're occasionally affected by changes made by our suppliers, including stock availability and product discontinuations.
Having reviewed your account, we can see that the vast majority of your order has already been placed with our suppliers, with over half of your gifts already received safely into our warehouse. The remaining items are progressing within the lead times provided at the point of ordering, with only one product unfortunately becoming unavailable due to supplier discontinuation. We appreciate that this was disappointing, and we're pleased we were able to resolve this with you promptly.
In relation to pricing, we offer our branded products at the suppliers' recommended retail prices, as outlined within our Terms & Conditions. Our handling fee contributes towards the operation of our complimentary wedding list service and is clearly displayed before guests complete their purchase, allowing them to make an informed decision.
We'd really like the opportunity to restore your confidence in our service. We'll continue monitoring your outstanding orders closely and will ensure your gifts are with you as soon as possible. If you have any questions in the meantime, our Customer Care team is always happy to help.
