Enjoyed the first delivery after waiting what seemed forever for it. Unable to get any response when inquiring about when it should arrive. I read the FAQ and didn’t get an answer so I emailed more than once and never anything other than an ‘auto-response’ type email. I expected to get an email notification when my box shipped which I did not. Neither was I able to see any tracking info. Frustrated to begin with and hopeful that now the first one has come that they will arrive consistently. Seems hope is all that I have since the company won’t respond to attempt to communicate and you can’t really see shipping info on the app.

I was happy with the box. My only comments were that I was a bit disappointed to get a product not made in Scotland (bag) it's really nice but it surprised me.

Weebox has won our hearts! You truly bring a wee bit of Scotland into our lives. We celebrated Burns Night and had a level of fun we could not have had without this month’s box. All the contents were lovely, but the written booklet was filled with so much information it pulled it all together and made it perfect! Thank you!

I got this for my fiancé for Christmas. When it came yesterday she was like a kid in a candy store. She was very excited and loved everything in her first box. I’m glad I did a 12 month subscription.

I bought the wee box for January for my Scotland loving friends as a Christmas present. I told them they would be receiving a gift through the mail sometime in January. I never received any notice that the box was shipped. I kept asking my friend if she'd received her gift and she replied no. I have checked on the wee box site and all it says is order complete. My friends never received anything from this company. I never received any tracking numbers or any emails stating my order had shipped. So I'm not sure if it is legit or not. So that is why I am giving a 1 star review. I would not recommend this subscription service.
UPDATE: The wee box I ordered on December 12th finally arrived on January 26th. My friends loved it and the products they received. I am still only giving a 4-star review because on their site it does say you will receive a notification email once your box has shipped. I did not receive an email saying the box shipped and wasn't given any tracking information. However, I did receive this email & tracking information after I gave my original 1-star review. Also, January's box was in celebration of Robert Burns and to help you celebrate Burns night, but the package arrived after Burns night. I am glad my gift was finally received and my friends were very happy with the products. I would definitely order from Wee Box again. I can't think of anything better than to receive gifts from Scotland. Thank you for responding and giving me the tracking numbers so I was able to check on my gift.

This was a gift for a friend who honors his Scottish heritage every chance he can. It was a blessing for me to have the opportunity to add to his tradition. He absolutely loved the entire box. I was quite impressed with all the quality contents. Furthermore, I was blown away by my interactions with customer service prior to delivery. My questions were answered thoughtfully and in a timely manner. I will without a doubt continue to gift WeeBoxes any chance I can.

I've made two payments for Weebox and haven't received anything. I reached out to support to ask about shipping or when I could expect the recipient to receive their gift subscription box and got no answer. I understand shipping is delayed due to covid but I at least expected to get a response or an update.

Love my first WeeBox! The cookies were so delicious. The Wee purse was delightful and love the tartan it was made from. The diversity of items makes me want more. Since I found out I was 1/3 Scottish, I want to learn more about all things Scottish!

I ordered a WeeBox as a holiday gift in December. Not a subscription. Tried to make it a Christmas (December) gift box when notified they were available but no response in time to switch. A response assuring me the January box was readied for shipment soon.January box has been shipped on Jan 7 but not yet received. Today is Jan 23. It may not be a Robert Burns celebration box after all. The recipients are/were likely to be subscribers (I’d hoped) but this experience is disappointing so far. I’ll remain hopeful.

Your customer service department is very slow to respond to emails regarding product shipments. It took almost a week for a response from them. Only 1 day after I had a post on a Facebook ad tho. I know it's taking longer to get things due everything going on in the , but I think a quicker response would make things better. I didn't receive the 3 Wee Boxes till the beginning of January. Now I'm waiting for the January ones. The email I received from your company only lists 1 Wee Box was shipped, so I don't know why I'm not getting the 3 I was charged for????
