Weekend.com quick refund processing

We we’re due to travel to Copenhagen on 8th May with weekend.com but due to the current travel limitations this was cancelled. Initially we were offered a voucher but on emailing the company and requesting a refund instead, I am pleased to say this was dealt with extremely swiftly and received within 4 days. Not having used weekend.com before it has definitely given us the confidence to use them again and hopefully once the coronavirus limitations are over we will try and rebook.

Excellent service in difficult times...

When I received an offer of a voucher for a cancelled trip, (due to Covid-19) I was a little disappointed, as I would have preferred a full refund, as it is not certain when or if I will wish to or be able to travel with weekend.com in the future. However, when I wrote to request a refund instead of a voucher, they responded almost immediately- within thirty minutes!- to say that the refund was being made there and then with no demur. All in all very impressed with their service.

Amazing Company

Due to what is currently happening in the world, we are unable to take our trip☹️
I asked for a refund, no ifs or buts the money was back in my account within a couple of days.
I will definitely use there services again.

No communication!

We were meant to depart from Bristol to Toulouse on Thursday 30 April and return on Sunday 4th May. I have received no communication from weekend.com with regards to the cancellation or refund for this trip. I have emailed and rang them numerous times, without any result. The only emails I have received are general ones, telling me they will contact clients nearer to their departure date. Our departure date has now long gone... Terrible customer service and this at a time when so many people are suffering real financial difficulties. Shame on this company!

Had a lovely weekend booked to go to…

Had a lovely weekend booked to go to Poland in April for my birthday but unfortunately couldn’t go due to the crisis.
Weekend.com have been very helpful & have kept me informed & now sorted out a refund. I will definitely be booking with them again when this is all over.

They’re so efficient when it comes to booking and I’ll have a hard time finding another service that compares!

Prompt refund

Despite my holiday like many others being cancelled, weekend.com kept me informed. When I asked for a refund instead of a travel voucjer they refunded me promptly. I hope when this is over to book a holiday with them again that I'll actually be able to go on :)

Sadly due to covid19 travel…

Good site if your living in the given…

Good site if your living in the given countries the site is offering, prices seem to be in accepted range, both English and native language. It is a German site is suppose the technical service should be up to speed.

Weekend.com equals deaf ears!

I have just emailed this company - AGAIN - to request a refund. We booked and paid in full not long before the current crisis emerged to travel on April 11th for a short break in Majorca. I spite of a variety of emails being received from an even bigger variety of so called agents, still no refund is forthcoming.
With this being our sole experience of this company we would be reluctant to book with them again.
