Poor service
This company brings a shame onto family businesses, they have lied to TikTok and are now keeping my money. They accused me of wearing their item and then returning it. But because now the top smells of aftershave, they are not willing to return it. I returned the order within an hours of receiving it. I did not even take the label off. They are lying because I made remarks about their poor time response. They have kept my hard earned money because of their ego. I am pleading for my money back because this makes a huge difference to me. They have blocked me on social media and they have not even had the audacity to return the original order
