Couldn't be happier!

Like night and day compared with my last Samsung repair with a different company! Last time it took me 30 days of heel dragging and obfuscation before I got my repaired device sent back to me.

This time turned up at my house at a couple of days notice and in about 25 minutes gave me back what looked like a brand new version of my phone.

Only hiccup was not being sent a repair certificate as required by my insurer, but customer service provided one in less than a day after I asked.

Easy & Fab

Easy to organise, they had my phone for about 40 mins and now it looks and works like new. I think my repair engineers name was Chris, he was great, friendly and did a great job on my phone.

Company won't return my property!

Was assured I would get my memory card back with my phone as the slot wouldn't open (reason for repair) yet they refused to send it back. Customer Service very rude and unhelpful all giving different stories. Was told it would be returned then hours later they refused again due to data protection yet the card was wiped. Should not be allowed to keep someone else's property when promised it would be returned. Would not care if it was a small memory card but had a big expensive one stuck in there. Would not trust this company again!!

Scammer's do not use them

Scammer's do not use them, they come to my house could not fixed then rig me next day on they personal mobile phone pretending to be they call center phone and asked me to pay £59 call out charges by give my bank details im still fighting to get my deposit back which i paid through klarna for repair.

Great, professional service from a friendly engineer

The charging port on my Samsung S21 Ultra 5G phone has not been working for months - the cable would not sit snugly and therefore wouldn't charge. I contacted Samsung Repair and who assigned the booking through WeFix.
It's quoted a price, arranged payment and the engineer visited my home the following day. He arrived early (after phoning to check it was ok to do so) due to a cancellation, took my phone to his van and brought it back repaired and even replaced an additional cable without charging extra as he said that needed replacing to.
Full marks to Michael the engineer, he was polite, friendly and very professional throughout.
The service is not cheap, but worth every penny in my opinion.

Absolute awful service

Absolute awful service , I went through samsung who passed this on for a repair on a samsung s7 tablet screen. I paid for the repair as it was not covered under warranty now under warranty after the repair the screen has been replaced twice , still same fault with the screen and still trying to get it resolved as wefix has said they will not repair anymore and the engineer that came to my door was very rude and didn't want to repair it

Amazing and Very Quick Job

Very speedy booking and fabulous repair. Only took 30 minutes. Technician (Kam) was very nice and did a wonderful job fixing my S21 Ultra's screen and battery.

Samsung S21 Ultra warranty repair

My Samsung S21 Ultra stopped working I contacted Samsung as they come with a 2 year warranty and it's only 1 year old, tbh I didn't hold out much hope, however the my told me on the Web chat someone would come out to my house and repair it, they came out in 48 hours in a Samsung branded van replaced my screen and battery all under warranty so no cost to myself at all, my phones as good as new again the guy was brilliant highly recommended

We had a problem getting our phones repaired

I had a problem with a total miscommunication between our insurance company claim and the WeFix technician so that when he arrived at my home both phones were not able to be repaired. I phoned WeFix and spoke to Mihaela who was unbelievably good in calming down the situation (I was naturally very angry) and she resolved the situation with calm and professionalism and kindness speaking to the insurance company, her manager and the original technician. I very much appreciate her help and want to say thank you to Mihaela.

Awful service - avoid if you want your phone fixed this year.

I have been trying to get my phone fixed for a month now. Every week they tell me it will be repaired on the same day next week. The same generic email arrives the next week saying that it has been delayed.

Staff on the phone are kind but unable to help/work with the ridiculous system.

UPDATE:
After five weeks the repair person finally arrived. They handed it back to me and the finger print sensor was not working. I called the repair person immediately but he had already driven off. Within 48 hours the main screen had failed. I have tried calling and have been told a manager would call back. They never did. I have been told I now need to start the process again, or submit an 'online complaints form'.

AVOID this company at all costs.

Phone screen replaced & now cannot swipe down/ use Face ID/ open notifications

Repair was completed yesterday to new front and back screen.

Since then have noticed I can’t open notifications swiping down or use Face ID as the parts replaced cannot be confirmed as genuine / are not functioning as expected / and or installation is not complete.

Got put through to we fix via NatWest/ same repetitive answer message with “press 1 for xxx” and when pressing the number, it repeats the message again.
Then tried calling direct with absolutely no luck either.

Very frustrating that you pay excess for insurance then have to go round the houses to get it actually resolved following the initial resolution.

Took the day off to be at home for a…

Took the day off to be at home for a technician to come and fix my screen. 1 hour before they are due they cancel. The customer service advisor then says she cannot re-book me or tell me when I can expect me repair. I then ask them to confirm I won’t be charged automatically as the repair didnt get done and she said she wasn’t even sure about that. Said she’d call back the next day and it’s been 4 days since then….. maybe leaving a bad review on here someone might get back to me

I had an amazing customer experience

I had an amazing customer experience, I'm based in SE16 and I had a technician turn up today early because he had appointments cancelled, he literally went above and beyond for me when the phone was returned it was like new all in working order, I mentioned something on it wasn't quite right he corrected it straight away. Honestly 5 star customer service - if you want to get 5 star service I suggest you talk to these guys like they are humans 👍🏼

A Game of 2 Halves

1. iPhone 6 not holding charge, new battery installed while I went for a coffee. Result? 6 weeks later still holding a charge like new. Bien fait WiFix Poitiers.
2. iPad Air 2 not holding a chargé repaired while I went shopping. Arrived home iPad f****** returned to Poitiers the next day, battery connecter had been screwed up during installation. 3 weeks later returned to me and functioning well. 2 unnecessary round trips to Poitiers (200k in total) and 3 weeks without a tablet. Mistakes happen and it could have been worse BUT not one word of apology or explanation offered. These things are important WiFix.

Never had a service as bad as this

Hello,

I booked for my phone screen & charger port to be repaired on the 15th of July. A technician has visited me 2 times over the past 2 weeks with 3 cancelled appointments.

Technician arrived, inspected the phone and said that he could not replace the screen or do any work as the headphone port wasn't working. He said he would have to book a revisit to complete the repairs. Also said he would bring the headphone port with him next time

A new technician arrived to fix the screen, noticed the headphone port wasnt working. I told him the old technician already knew about it, which was the reason for the re-visit. He said the technician didnt leave any notes on the system so he didnt have a headphone port in his van. He could not complete the work again, and appologised and booked a revisit and ensured that he had left the correct notes this time on the system

Attempted to book me in on the 3rd by email. But at this point I would like a full refund

In the terms & conditions you charge customers £59 for a missed booking, yet you have missed booking 3/5 times.....2 times where you could not complete any work.

The reason why I am so angry at this point, is because I had to take time off work on 4 different occassions...for a problem that should of been fixed on the first or second day. Cancelling last minute and having to wait another week with a broken phone is a massive inconvience.

I would like a full refund, my phone is still broken and no repairs have been made to it. Please let me know if you will be providing the full refund, or I will have to contact my bank and seek other measures.
